    A good fats should be include to your keto diet. Avocado is super food, a good quality butter and olive oil. And Cut down sugars too

    For healthier option, you don’t need to fry sisig leftovers.It can be the last ingredient to add since its already cook. Double frying it in oil will lead to oxidizing the meat (sisig was already deep fried). Especially if the oil used is not coconut.

    Nice watch your video ms.dee dang.63 yrs.old na ako pero trying hard pa din magketo diet.be safe.I am now 64yrs old last january 8. May i suggest i you can make a recipe not in the oven cook at all times because i have no oven and microvawe.thank you.i only watch you in youtube kc nd ko alam mag navigate sa mga other apps.

      Ako nag fasting na . Last month 18 hours schedule ko.lahat kinakain ko sa eating window kahit rice...kaso after one month sobrang payat ko.dating 35 inch waistline ko turn into 30. Kaya babaguhin ko this month.gaggawin kong 16 hours.everyday yan.nakikita na kasi ang buto buto sa leeg ko.hehe.nanibago ako sa resulta.pan second month ko ito.

    How come out ang kamote eh low carb nga yun, maganda pa nga yan kasi complex carbohydrate sya + low GI(ito pinaka kanin ko instead of shirataki noodle or rice na mejo mahal), pilipiin mo lang siyempre wag masyado malaki, or kung di maiwasan i boil mo pero hiwain mo in portion(pwede ka po gumamit ka ng pantimbang then sukatin ang bigat each then ilagay mo yung timbang nya sa carbmanager) 2yrs.nako nagkeketo at IFS, try nyo po ito i doublecheck

      Mam nasau na po kung ilang beses ka kakain in a day kasama ng meryenda dun. Basta allowed xa sa keto. Kung gusro niyo po magbawas agad ng timbang or makita niyo agad ang good result,, mag two meal a day po kau sabayan niyo po ng IF... Halimbawa last meal mo sa gabi ay 8pm kinabukasan 8am bale may 12hrs kana magprepare kana po ng meal mo for lunch... At 10 am or 11 mag workout po kau kahit 30 mins lang or patagal ng patagal. At 12am time to eat na at sa dinner mo uli ay 8pm..

      U make keto flour for ur pasta. Noodles are carbs iha, unless gumawa ka talaga ng pasta from keto flour (almond, coconut basta npt from starches) or else iwas ka sa starches (which are basic ingredients ng noodles/pasta)

    Nakakataas ba ng cholesterol ang egg at giniling na isinasama mo sa pag luluto? Kse mataas ang cholesterol ko iwas mamantika daw dahil nag kakaron na ako ng fatty liver. May hyperthyroidism pa ako kya both may mga bawal na kainin.
