Love this content and how it breaks down the different levels of stakeholders a PM must manage! This could also serve as a way to organize stakeholders into categories when conducting a stakeholder analysis! The Decision Log also is a great tool to be able to backtrack accurately and report decisions that were made. Will be using this moving forward!

Now that I run my own org. I am quickly learning PMP and Smartsheet and your videos have been extremely helpful.
Could I connect the RAID log in a project sheet somehow or would that not make sense?
    Thank you again!

Thanks, Stuart! Glad the videos are helpful. You could have each of the RAID log tabs on a different sheet in Smartsheet and then create a row report to summarize the information, if you are looking to simplify it for reporting purposes. Check out this video for a demo on how to create this type of report, if you aren’t familiar: czcams.com/video/2zfbumGUUYw/video.html. Cheers!
