We love a good RAID log. Thanks for some points that cleared up some confusions. However, totally agreed that this one log is just so much better than having these noted in a set of minutes that no one looks at.

Single data source / Source of record whenever possible! - Although reports are GREAT to make sure users only have to update once! - Thanks @Mark for weighing in!

I like this, but I have many projects, each with its own CRAID log. Since you have so many CRAID log reports, wouldn't it necessitate individually and manually adding new CRAID sheets to each CRAID report as they are created? That would mean adding a new CRAID log to each of the 10 reports you have set up. Or do you use Control Center to automate this?

For some organizations we use Control Center - but for smaller organizations / implementations we use Workspaces and have reports look at Workspaces rather than specific sheets. - Great Question!
We've also built out solutions with a single CRAID log, or a CRAID log for a program or department, and then have a project dropdown and filter for project dashboards, etc. - Again - it depends on the use case / requirements, etc.
