Amazing! I want that.
Wow, loving this!! I always thought that working on the decks was too much work being hidden, this is a really nice touch!!
I can recommend John Boyne's book "Mutiny on the Bounty".
Captain Bligh and 20 of his loyal men were put in a small boat made for 8.
They were rowing from Tonga in the middle of the Pacific to Indonesia. Half survived.
Such an unbelievable story.
Excellent work Marian. Cheers !
Brilliant model and fantastic build! Thanks for posting this!
Absolutely amazing! Love it
You did a great job with the small modifications you made from the original plans. . I am building the kit now so I thank you for your input.
Thank you for sharing your work! Beautiful and inspiring!!
I can only dream being half this good. When people paint plastic and it actually looks like wood
Awesome work!
In a word. . . remarkable.
Superb, Marian. Felicitari pentru realizare.
Great job!
Incredibly beautiful model! Simply brilliant workmanship! The interior of the ship knocked me off my feet! I would like to see the interior more closely to see exactly what is there. Phenomenal interior lighting! Congratulations!
Feel free to check www.woodenshipmodels.net/portfolio for more detailed photos of the interior.
would be a beautiful night light.
Amazing craftsmanship. Website looks great and in 4 different languages! I will be sure to make an order for my husband. Well done!
I will make sure that you will get a good deal ;)
Well done!
Amazing 🤙
For the 4 dislikes it’s supposed to have a hole in the side.
I imagine that the sailors would’ve been delighted to have that much light and airiness below decks. In reality, there was likely a single oil lamp n each space…
Was just thinking the same 👍
Dude it is to let the viewers see the inside better
@@diepreuischekriegsmarine8103 dude, we know that. It's a just a comment on the horrible reality of the actual ship.
Great model...is this a scratch build or is it a kit model?
Amazing job! I am working on one right now. What size lights did you go with?
Thank you. I used micro LEDs 0402. You can get them on Amazon already wired and including resistors.
Marvelous! one small item is missing for it to be perfect, a lighted match!
If you would like to demonstrate how was Bounty destroyed, it wouldn't do any good - you can't scale the fire down to 1:48.
I have so many questions.....first though, what a stunningly beautiful model.
Please, at about 0:24 there are a pair of ropes from the overhead and down thru the two decks. What are they for?
I build aircraft and the occasional boat, but this is so intimidating. Makes me want to retreat to my toyroom and try harder.
Well done, and beautifully presented.
Hi Bruce. The ropes are leading all the way to the top of the deck and are connected to the anchors via the lifting mechanism. Thank you so much for the reply and links. Every time I view the video and gallery of pictures I see something new. I can only imagine what your work bench looks like.
Dear Marian, The video is amazing. We would love to share it on our social media, if you give us permission, of course. Regards.
I would be honored. Please do.
@@bacamm Thank you.
I have a hand carved sea turtle from Pitcairn Island carved by Brenda Christian
Nice souvenir.
The music is crap and is not needed. Just stop already. It’s not 2010 anymore. No need to put terrible music in every video.
If you prefer a silent video then use the mute button - that's why it's there. After all, this is not about the music.
@@bacamm Exactly. Then whyd put it in there.
It’s a very nice model but it’s far too clean. Its well known that the Bounty was a shit hole…where are the rats?
Hiding from the lights 😉
