    For Gravy Base
    - 1 Tbsp Butter
    - 1 Tsp Jeera
    - 1 Big Onion ( roughly chopped)
    - 4 - 5 Tomatoes ( roughly chopped)
    - 10 -12 Garlic Cloves
    - 1 Inch Ginger Piece
    - 4 - 5 Kashmiri Red Chili (Dry)
    - 3 -4 Green Chilies (Optional ) To make it more spicy
    - 1/4 Cup Cashew nut
    - 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
    - 1/4 Tsp turmeric
    - Salt as per taste
    - Water as per required
    For Gravy
    - 3 tbsp Butter & Oil
    - 1 Tsp Red chili powder
    - Ready Base
    - 1 Tbsp Sugar
    - Salt as per taste
    - 2 tsp Kasuri Methi
    - 1/4 Cup Barista
    - 1/4 Cup Curd
    - 1/4 Cup Cream
    - 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves
    - 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
    - 500 Grms Paneer ( cubes)
    For Assemble
    - 2 Cup Rice
    - Ready Paneer Makhani Gravy
    - Mint Leaves
    - Coriander Leaves ( finely chopped)
    - Saffron Milk
    - Barista
    - Ghee
    -1/8 Tsp Kewra Water
    - Charcoal for smoke
