Ingredients:
For marination
Paneer - 200 gm
Cloves/Laung - 6 pc
Birista - 1/4 cup
Kasoori methi - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Haldi/ Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Fresh mint - 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander/dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Dahi/Curd - 4 tbsp
For boiling rice
Water to boil rice
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Rice/Chawal - 2 cups
For making biryani
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jeera/Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cardomom/ Ilaichi - 5
Black peppercorn/Kali mirch - 1/4 tsp
Cloves/Laung - 3-4
Star anise/Chakra ful - 1
Bay leaf/Tez patta - 1
Onion - 1
Salt - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Fresh coriander - for layering
Fresh mint - for layering
Cashew nuts - to garnish
