Ingredients:
Butter: 2 Tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Simla mirch : ½ Chopped
Pyaz : 2 Chopped
Gajar : 1 Chopped
Hari mirchi: 2 Chopped
Adrak : 1 Inch Piece Chopped
Tamatar: 4 Chopped
Salt: to taste
Boiled Aloo, matar aur gobi: ½ cup
Lal mirch powder: 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala: 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - ¼ tsp
Chawal - 2 cups
Dhaniya fresh - 2 tbsp (chopped fine)
Lemon Juice - ½ tsp
