Ingredients:
(For Bowling Rice)
2cup - Rice (चावल)
8-10cup - Water (पानी)
1 - Cinnamon Leaf (तमालपत्र)
2 - Laung (लौंग)
Salt as per taste
(Masala for Vegetable)
5tbsp - Oil/Ghee (तेल/घी)
2tbsp - Garlic paste (लहसुन का पेस्ट)
2tbsp - Ginger paste (अदरक का पेस्ट)
2tsp - Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट)
1/2cup - Onion (प्याज)
1tbsp - Green chilli paste/Red chilli paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट/लाल मिर्च पेस्ट)
1tsp - Turmeric (हल्दी)
1tbsp - Biryani masala (बिरयानी मसल्स)
1tbsp - Cumin powder (जीरा चूर्ण)
1tsp - kasturi methi (कस्तूरी मेथी)
1cup - Tomato pulp (टमाटर का गूदा)
4tbsp - Curd (दही)
3tbsp - Cream (मलाई)
2cup - Half boiled vegetable (carrot, french beans, cauliflower, peas, potatoes)
1/2cup - Panner cubes (पनीर)
1/4cup - Birista Fried onion (तला हुआ प्याज)
1/4cup - Pudina (पुदीना)
1/4cup - Coriander (धनिया) finely chopped
(For Layering)
Masala vegetable rice (मसाला सब्जी चावल)
Boiled rice (उबला हुआ चावल)
Birista onion (बियरिस्टा प्याज)
Fried onion (तला हुआ प्याज)
Pudina (फूडिना)
