I understand the theory behind the 24mm "void" area around the handle tabs, but how does that keep the head from hitting at as it moves left to right to burn the images on either side of the tabs (beyond the 24mm area)? I also noticed on my lower portion even after correcting the circumference that it "refreshed" on the larger diameter of the mug and not the area that was set to engrave (not ignored). If you could expand more on these steps and provide more detail instructions like removing the "guide" lines etc. would be great!

You should show the different settings that work for each tumbler so we don't waste our tumblers?

Great instructions but try not to overpower the speakers voice with the music! It makes it harder to hear.

How do you split the image inside the WeCreate software?? Or do you have to split in another software?
