Can colored stained glass be engraved if painted black like what is done with clear glass?

My first question is, why do you rarely or never answer questions ask here. You can turn this feature off if you don't want us asking, but if you leave it on, you should answer our questions. I also would like to know about the 40W laser head for the 20W. Has your shipping gotten any better. Many are waiting months to get theirs and if they order the whole package, they don't get them all at one time but aren't told when the rest would ship. Please utilize good customer service, which will increase sales by answering our questions. thank you

when your laser's fires both ways, left and right, like xtool, then im getting a wecreat, but waiting till then, pls hurry an fix it.

im waiting on the wecreat to fix its laser's so they fire both ways not just from the left, the xtool fires both ways, which makes things faster, when wecreat fixes this i will get one, just waiting.

Must be a nice problem to have. They said my product was going to ship 10 days after pre-sale. After placing my orders with my customers to allow plenty of time, WeCreat then tells me it's going to be a month out or further.

I don't get why the interface board from standard wires to ribbon cable needs to be changed. Surely everything could have been done by modifying the head interface board instead of having to change both parts every time?
