As a Necromunda player I like how the Orlocks are doing. Now shure about useing your Captian for CQC build I perfer more of a support fireteam member to help pin down the enemy but to each there own.

At around 47:00 Cawdor player only have crossbow model on the table left and had just seriously injured the zombi in cc with him making him out of combat and in the open, could the orlock player have simply spent the whole round gunning the cawdor model, making the orlock player the only one with model on the table and running with a win? and most importantly, would you invite people who plays like that ever again?

I love Necromunda, but the post match injury table Is not that great in my opinion... Once u start losing models for the next match it's hard to recover. I use a house rule for reduce A LOT the chances for the result "miss the next game".
