• Chicken Legs (5-4 pcs)
• Table salt (in moderation)
• Onion and ginger (appropriate amount, crushed for juice)
• Cooking oil (1 scoop)
• Pepper (to taste)
• Red dates (in moderation)
• Goji berries (in moderation)
• Sliced ginger (in moderation)
step:
1. Put 5-4 fresh chicken legs into a large bowl, add 1 spoon of edible salt, wipe the surface of the chicken legs with salt, and wash away the sweat and impurities.
2. Wash the chicken legs again with clean water to ensure that the surface of the chicken legs is clean.
3. Take the chicken legs out of the water, put them into another large bowl, use a small sharp knife to pierce small holes in the chicken legs, let the seasoning

Great idea to steam drumsticks in this way. Normally I double boil the drumsticks with the herbs and a bowl of water n a small container. Moreover remove the skins off the drumsticks to minimise the amount of oil
