本來不去寫什麽了, 但是看了下面的留言后, 感覺有些人不太厚道,.
總的來看她的做法還是很不錯的, 相信味道也是非常好的, 雖然在細節上還可以更加仔細一點, 如是否應該把生薑去皮了? 是否可以把鷄腿放入一個盤子裏蒸? 但是這些細節都不會影響到鷄腿的味道與質量, 爲此我還是爲她點贊一下,也希望大家能夠理性的評論他人的辛苦付出.
建議以後在拍攝視頻的時候把指甲拿掉, 這樣看起來比較真實.
生薑只是調味,為什麼要去皮?

This is my new favorite kitchen tool! I don't understand. You take all time to marinate the chicken. Then you soak it in cold water which surely takes the taste away. And then you put so much sauce on it that there is no way you could taste the marinate of the chicken. Wouldn't it be better to just steam the chicken and go from there?

In all chinese channels , when ever involved chicken ( the lower parts) all they call them "chicken legs" , remember , remember all dialogues are in english , then shouldn't speak CHIENGLISH , they are chicken DRUMSTICKS , not legs !
