Did an AKL on a 2005 Jaguar X-Type last week and it was my first time using this Lishi and thanks to you, I was out of there in 45 minutes. Took longer to cut one key than it took to pick and decode!! Thank you!!!
I am currently working on a 2006 Jaguar S-Type. Having trouble with it and need some help. I noticed that you read the cuts from left to right. Is that how you entered them on the cutting machine? I've always read from bow to tip. I cut the key reading from left to right and cut it from bow to tip and it didn't work. Are Jaguar Tibbe Keys the same as Ford Tibbe Keys?
Jaguar keys are same as ford. Bow to tip is how they are entered into the machine. On your pick though the knob on the end operates and reads the 6th position the one closet to the lock is position one. Watch this video and 38 seconds I explain it. czcams.com/video/_C_V9ba6G_k/video.html
I have two questions if you could answer them it will be great 1 is there anyway cutts missing in the door locks or you can get all the cutts out of the door. 2 I see a lot of people trying to pick the ignition lock and they said that the tool gets stuck in the ignition what is the reason that you’re trying to pick the ignition why not just pick the door is there any difference thanks a lot
all the disc are in the door. Not sure why people go after the ignition except maybe if they cant get a good reading from the door locks.. the tool just gets hung up on the dust cover. a broken pick easily frees it. no idea how so many "locksmiths" have that issue and cant figure it out
Can you show the picking head in more detail? Does it have 6 different moving elements? And what does that retaining pin do that you pulled out early on.
I'm going to get another jaguar lock and do another video. I'll show the tool more. it does have six moving parts to rotate the disc and that pin just keeps them lined up for when you insert it. i dont think you really need it though.
Good video, Which one are the good ones, I saw that there are 3 sorts of quality of them. What are the costs and where can I get it, the good one. I need to get the code T****** Of my Mondeo.
Trying this new pick on my grandmas 99 jag. For some reason with the pick inserted all the way none of the disc will turn to the left I’m only able to get it to turn to the right/lock not sure what’s going on. It has been sitting for 8 years maybe seized up??
@@BoredLockpicker thank you sooo much for your prompt reply. Is there a list of vehicles this will do. I got the tibbe key cutting clamp a year ago and have only used it once lol. And that was for key duplication. So I bought that pick two months ago and it just came in (love the prices from China but that wait is something else)
@@BoredLockpicker I've cut a few but i seem to only do it once a year. I did one successful 8 months ago but with a different laser key machine. Waiting your video and after picking then pushing all of them to the left then letting it spring back have me 344122

Great vid man! Hope I never run into one of these in the field 😅
Lol they actually aren’t hard to use at all

@@BoredLockpicker So it must have 6 tubes in the shaft to control all of them. Is it very heavy?
@@gary_rumain_you_peons it weighs 4.3 ounces
Concise and poignant. Excellent video.
Thanks man
You are the best
Thanks

I need to get the code T******
Of my Mondeo.
as far as I know they're all made by HUK you can get them on ali express
How do you know what vehicle in spacifics does this type of pick work on?
Based on the silca brand key blank the car uses
Thank you.
You’re welcome

You using the 8 cut pick?
@@BoredLockpicker it’s a 6 cut. That my issue?
Yep

Any 6 vehicle that uses six cut tibbe. There is an 8 cut tibbe pick but most of the key machines can’t cut 8 cut tibbe keys
i have seen these for sale but i have not seen any one use one!
I know where I work only vehicles that have this keyway are Jaguar and Ford transits and you don’t see much of either of them
Does this open a transit?
Yep
Wow great video my friend. 😎were have you been lol .😎
Hadnt had anything to make videos on lol. Some new Lishi came out so I’ll be uploading a few more times this week
Looking forward too them
worthy to buy its work great tool or not worthy Tell me bro
Definitely worth it.
Ha- that’s my name.
yea it is
I don’t even do them, I can imagine it’s good money bc these people be assed out
They’re not that bad. Keys take forever to cut though. Also I’d you have trouble decoding as a backup you can always buy the code.
Fighting with one now. Tired everything and can't get a working key. Can pick it no problem. Picks either 444133 or 344133 or 344132 or 344233 🤦♀️
Have you cut tibbe keys a lot? I only ask because I helped a locksmith the other day. He purchased the code but was cutting the key wrong
I think I got it 344122

@@BoredLockpicker well I lishied the ignition a d got the same cuts and now my lishi won't come out 😬
Tbh you moved through the process too quick and did not explain where you could visualize the number sequence
Thank you for being honest
This video almost gave me a seizure
Almost doesn’t count
