  • When working to achieve a goal it can sometimes feel like all the challenges we encounter and the feelings that come up along with them are overwhelming and we drain in them. In this video, we talk about how you how you can achieve your goals and allow yourself to feel all the feelings as the challenges come your way but without getting lost in them or feeling like a victim. I realised a new element to releasing that I have not yet paid so much attention to until it seemed necessary in my life (again).     Dear Jonas, if we feel stuck for some reason, we can allow the stuckness to be there and it dissolves. “Can I allow the feeling of stuckness to be here?”, and it dissolves. Stuckness is as feeling like any other feeling. Don’t try to change the stuckness. Just allow it to be there and is dissolves in your presence. Read the 6 steps from Lester Levenson. ❤️

    Thank you this was very helpful. Is it possible to achieve something by releasing alone?

      Great question. Yes it is possible. In Release Technique they call it "the butt system", which means bascially sit in your butt and release until you get what you're releasing on.
      However, I feel it is also important to be open to taking action whenever the impulse comes up, because otherwise we are going to make it harder than necessary for no reason.

      Yes, I have read "Feeling is the Secret" from Neville Goddard. One of my mentors brought me to it. I will actually soon upload an interview with this mentor. I can gladly inform you when it's out if you're in that.

      @@embodiedauthenticity yes absolutely !! Also another question bcs i get a little bit confused sometimes about the process sometimes.. When do you know what and when to release? I know how to do it, but sometimes feelings and a thousands thoughts keep coming from everywhere alltogether and all of a sudden and the mind keeps chattering a lot, what to do then ?

      Because giving general advice on this is a bit difficult like that. I'm happy to give you some input once I get a bit more details, so I know what to point out.

      @@embodiedauthenticity financial, i seem to be worrying a lot but its that a lot of such mixed thoughts keep coming from all ways left and right, also i recognize a reoccuring feeling that keeps coming back what should i do about it, Danke !!
