Narrated Abu Ayyub رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه
The Prophet ﷺ as saying: If anyone fasts during Ramadan, then follows it with six days in Shawwal, it will be like a perpetual fast.

باب اسْتِحْبَابِ صَوْمِ سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ اتِّبَاعًا لِرَمَضَانَ

Abu Ayyub al-Ansari رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْه reported The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying:
He who observed the fast of Ramadan and then followed it with six (fasts) of Shawwal. it would be as if he fasted perpetually.
