I remember this dvd with the band kit I got probably 15years ago now. I did this all the time in high school and this was so nostalgic and relaxing to pull out my bands and watch it again. Thank you for uploading this oldie but goodie!

This workout is amazing. In a month, people will think you have a waist girdle on. I could actually do the splits!
