THIS IS IT FOR GOLDILOCKS. My tinnitus has always been high-pitched - higher than the audiologist’s equipment - and it’s gotten louder over the years. Finding this channel a few weeks ago has been such a relief, and dare I say, it’s been fun listening to different tracks. But, none quite matched my pitch - 16,000 was *almost* right, and 18,000 was too high. I can’t wait to play this during work - it’s surely going to help my concentration. (ADHD and tinnitus are a chaotic evil pair.😂)
Having had T for 27 years now, I can appreciate more now how technology & the lovely people like you Dale, who create these sounds, have helped mark the torment of these conditions of Tinnitus & Hyperacusis. I find frequencies like this one best during the day and very low frequencies calming for the parasympathetic nervous system at night. Many thanks buddy 👋
I have had multiple surgeries on the lower back neck head area, screws and rods were installed to fix my spine....and suddenly the tinnitus was there, so loud so excruciating I thought I had to bang my head on the wall, it stayed and became my companion for almost 2 years.... until last night when I found you here. I slept better than I had in a long time and woke up refreshed and in a good mood. I bought the Tinitus Bundle this morning the price of it is so small and ridiculous compared to the benefit of restful life enriching restful sleep. I don't know if you can imagine how grateful I and many others are for your art. You save me at the right time.....Thank you
The Tinnitus Bundle is the complete collection of these tinnitus maskers in audio MP3 format downloadable from the web store: electriccanyon.com/product/tinnitus-ear-fatigue-relief-noise-bundle/
Listening to this with headphones in and still able to hear my fan on in the background 😙🤌🏻 I feel like my brain is finally not so tensed up. Thank you!
This is a blessing thank you - let’s my brain relax from itself with the ringing haha. I’m a 17 y/o tinnitus sufferer and it’s great to find some relief
Absolutely love this. My T has been changing a lot here lately.. Some days it’s extremely high and some days it’s at a medium level.. Thank you Dale for doing this because it’s very helpful..
Man you came with up another great frequency reliever that helps me a lot I mostly listen to descender cascading now this is my second favorite frequency it matches my tinnitus thank you so much 😀

Dale, I have had unilateral left tinnitus of this pitch for 7 years as a result of a perioperative right hemisphere stroke. This matches it perfectly with my right ear. When I move the earbud to my left ear all I can hear in my left is the chronic tinnitus.
Here's a 10 kHz Noise Masker: czcams.com/video/2I-20-jKVF0/video.html and a 12 kHz Noise Masker: czcams.com/video/zVgegECpH1k/video.html Thanks for listening
Discovered another fantastic one, thank you Dale. Is there any chance you could make it Black Screen at all please? I play your videos every night on the tv. The only way I can sleep but would be great if you could make it black screen please. Thank you for ALL your work, it’s made my life somewhat bearable.
I wish instead we could actually buy these noises in portal machine form, so I don't have to burn through my device battery life. There only seems to be white and brown noise machines, not much selection on Amazon or Ebay.
The good....I can hardly hear my tinnitus at all while I'm listening to it. The bad....this sound is almost as irritating as the tinnitus ☹ I haven't given up on it though because the level of my tinnitus is a bit lower after I stop listening to it.
@@lindachandler2293 Well, in my case they do kinda work because of the state they put me in. I believe you'll find a set of sounds that won't irritate you, soothe your soil and help you with this.
It varies for each person. Tinnitus is a symptom and often is related to neurological issues in the auditory system (between the ears and brain) that create a ringing or other sound in the mind. Some common contributors are long term exposure to loud sound (often at work), stress, high blood pressure, bone alignment in neck and jaw. There are more. An audiologist can often help identify what is going on and recommend treatment. Noise masking can provide relief for some listeners.

Thanks for sharing and hope it helps. It is interesting many hearing tests do not test up the 20000 Hz.
same plus insomnia and advanced sleep phase disorder and ocd...
i feel wonderofl at this point -.-
Thank you. I cant get a doctor to help me and have played many of your videos, and this is the right one!
I am so grateful. I truly am. ❤
Mine is really high pitched but I can't hear past 12000 T_T
I have that ADHD and tinnitus. 20k isn’t above an audiologists toolkit.

If you could overlay one like this with some spring peepers, it might be one for my sleep collection.
Been hearing chirping birds outside in the morning recently.
Would be nice if you could upload some high quality high bit rate white noises, in like .flac format
it says " 13kHz Noise" in description
Thanks for the catch, just fixed that in the chapters

I think you can buy these on an mp3
@@lavenderflowersfall280 that's just another device tho. And I can't wear earbuds, I have hyperacusis.
My ears sensitivity is reducing :( i used to easily hear up to 16.4khz, now (easily) just ~16.2khz :(
This due to loud stuff

You can always try different sounds - like rain, crickets, campfire/fireplace or seaside. More natural and less invasive, I think.

Been listening to this Green Noise natural noise blend overnight often: czcams.com/video/w3iFuvsfSik/video.html
Sifter?
It's such a high frequency, reminiscent of flour pouring through a sifter.
So what is the actual cause of this condition❓️🤷🤔

Mine is partially from loud noise but mostly from I.V Antibiotic damage (Gentamycin).
Mine is from the jab. Started 36 hours after Moderna booster and hasn't stopped since.
Nothing. Can't hear your 13kHz video either. Guess I'll keep trying.
