Finally got a chance to take my Scar out to the range to play. Currently my rifle is equipped with the HANDL Defense lower receiver which will accept the X-25 Drum magazine as well as standard AR-10 magazines.

A Scar-H with a drum magazine is just a terror inducing platform. A whole unit matched with this combination would be devastating. It adds another meaning to the term "heavy infantry".

Supreme I'm not denying that they use M4s, the US police force nearly have it is standard issue. But the SCAR-H is a battle rifle and not an assault rifle/carbine, it has been used to fulfill the role of Squad Automatic rifles.

Scars were always my favorite kind of Assault Rifles. Whether it be the FN-Scar, Scar-17, or Scar-H, these rifles are like Sledgehammers.
+James “GUNSLINGER” Blackburn You just listed the same rifle 3 different ways. FN makes the scar, so there's that. Also, the SCAR H and SCAR 17 are the same thing. The scar 17 (scar heavy) is in .308 caliber, and the scar lite (scar 16) is 5.56.

Damn, nice production value on the video. I've been a subscriber for at least a couple years and have seen the production quality get better and better. In addition to the multiple cameras and out-out-focus-to-in-focus thing, how did you get the horizontal panning so smooth (when showing a side view of the SCAR)? You build a camera dolly? Hahaha.
You can do really easy dollys at home. You don't even need a tripod. People over think dollys, you do NOT need anything expensive. You can grab your camera, put it on a plate or some form of platform like that and just drag it across. Depending on the surface it might be more difficult, you can use padding to help that. Or if you have a tripod you can put some pads.. I dont remember what they're called. But kind of like large foam like pads, like something for furniture. Have that on the legs of the tripod and drag it across. Stuff like that

Be prepared to shoot someone else.....And if you cant produce a firearm under those circumstances, and the one holding it is stronger than you physically......You're fucked, man. You are just straight up fucked. You could try running but, y'know, good luck. If they are a match to you in terms of physical strength then the best thing to do if you cant hide or run away is to actually run at them. i can move myself a little over 20 feet in several seconds. not over and over again but in very short bursts with everything my legs have to offer. It's the 21ft strike rule. Most cops are aware of it.
The risk of such is to the point of redundancy though. You need to be substantially fit to consistently succeed trying to do that.

You dont need eyes to see, either. I'm not against arming the blind if they're ready to see with their other senses and have money for electronic devices if necessary.

SCAR drives me nuts!! Put the charging handle on the left and it hits your thumb if you are not super careful where you hold it. Put it on the right and you can't eject a round without bashing that rnd into your hand. Freaking stupid mess up on that gun. Anyone want to buy my SCAR .223?

pish scar 223... you mean scar 16s?... if you hold the gun correctly, you dont have to worry. Me, I use an HK forward grip, others use the AFG.
Kinda dumb to have a gun you can't just pick up and use without issues. Let's have a bit of a competition before you say "hold it correctly". It takes the strangest grip position ever just to eject a live rnd without bashing it into your hand. I had to experiment with all sorts of creative new techniques just to get it to actually work. I end up having to roll it over like an AK47 but again you can't just slap it like an AK. Even after you roll it over and hit it from the other side you must hit it with the curled finger with your hand completely away from the ejection port before you can get a rnd to eject without injuring your hand. That's really stupid. I love the gun but just that alone almost gives it a failing grade. At least I would rather deal with the dorky way to rack the bolt than risk it hitting my finger again while shooting. I prefer the hand on the mag well technique as it gives better balance. The hand clear out on the fore grip seems like some popular chick threw on something stupid to wear and everyone copied her just because she's hot. Hand on the mag well keeps your arms down for more protection and a better balance with your weight closer to your body for less back fatigue. So in order to use the mag well grip you have to switch the the strangest most creative way to rack the bolt. Really irritating having to completely figure out a whole new style just to use a new gun. Over all the gun is awesome and it's nice you can switch the bolt to either side but it really is in the wrong place to get an A for awesome.

If you have issues with the charging handle hitting your hand when it's on the left perhaps you should take some classes on how to hold a rifle properly.. I've had a SCAR 17 for a over a year and never had it contact me once..
I actually teach the classes. So instead the gun should fit the expert lol. I set the range record with 5 bulls-eyes on 5 different targets in .39 seconds:).

Not usually, in order to own a "full auto" or more accurately a "select fire" weapon of any kind as a civilian, you either have to purchase one that was manufactured and registered prior to 1986, when the "Hughes Amendment" of the Firearm Owners Protection Act went in to effect, or you have to be a title 2 dealer and have access to so called "dealer samples", which are not actually yours but technically belong to your business. Hope that helps, it's a very complicated and convoluted issue.

Iraqveteran I just want you to know that you sure are helping out people like me make amazing gun sound effect mods for PC gamers. Whenever you go out shooting, you're using a good camera that picks up a pretty good sound in a somewhat seemingly isolated area with the least background noise and/or people talking or driving and most people don't do that. And you're shooting at like the perfect distance from the camera aswell. Other people usually got lots of background noise. a lesser quality camera and they talk a lot or don't shoot enough and they stand too far or too close to the camera. --Basically the opposite of everything you do, And yeah I know you're not using one of those high tech sound effect recording pieces of equipment like the guys who sell/or really mean to produce sound effects but this is still good enough for me. I really only get this kind of quality from gun commercials from channels like Silencerco ( Which is greaaat for Suppressor SFX ) I really love how you can hear the guns echo in your videos. Makes it even more realistic for a sound effect in a game. Makes it come alive. ( Wow that realod sounds sexy @6:51 )

I went to visit my uncle and he had one of these and I shot it and my god what a gun. He had a custom stock and the gun was desert tan and 3 days old. He also had the AR-15 mag feed kit on it as well. The SCAR-H is now my favourite gun. Later that day/night he got out some tracers which were also awesome.
