- What an incredible headphone the Arya Organic is.
Massive cathedral-like soundstage, better bass and timbre than I was anticipating and a stunning imaging presentation.
Loving it.

these personalized reviews are just the best and will never be surpassed by any generalized Ai ever, such a fun timeless hobby!
This is one of my favourite reviews of yours because you explicitly state where it compares to others like LCD4, etc. in areas like bass, tonality, technicals. It's good to know where they rank and I like reviews that lay it out.
Other nameless channels always just say "good tone good technicals" about every single headphone! Comparison is key
Glad it was helpful!
He always compares these things to other models lol. Nothing new
Thank you for the review. I think a lot of people want to see it compared it to the he1000 stealth.
Fair enough. From memory, the HEK Stealth is ever so slightly more resolving but the Arya Organic has a more present bass and wider SS.
HE1000se or HE1000 Stealth version (V3)?
-We want a real comparison of Arya Organic vs HE1000 Stealth.
-How much?
-YES!!!
there's nothing to compare here. He1000 stealth is 5 big step forward.
Thank you for the review.. I own the Susvara and now the Arya Organic (..and 800s)...its is not 95% of Susvara resolution. I would estimate 85% to be picky. Soundstage is great ...it is a great headphone and great performance to price ratrio.
Definitely agree with the conclusion here. I auditioned (and bought) an Arya Organic a few days ago. Absolutely has the "wow" factor. Other than something 4 x the cost such as an AB-1266 I can't think of a better overall headphone, certainly not at the same price point. The only down side to the Arya Organic is that the headphone will really punish poorly mastered source material.
Brilliant review of the HiFiMan Arya Organic headphones!
While I like iems, it's good to see you're still doing reviews of headphones!
Keep all the reviews in general coming along!
Hope you're feeling better now!
beautiful review, conveys enormous passion, really appreciated, I'm like you a lover of Utopia, I was looking for an isodynamic headphone that could be complementary, and I wanted to know if this was a good choice! Thanks in advance for your suggestion!
Excellent review!
I like your super hero artwork on your wall…very cool.
Thank you so much 😀
I've just heard the Arya Organic at CanJam 2023. Very nice tuning, pleasant, inoffensive. Big soundstage, with sounds slightly pushed away from the listener, creating an illusion of listening to a speaker set-up. At that price it could be an end-game headphone for a lot of people.
However, make no mistake - I have also compared it directly to the HEKse and they are one or two leagues apart. The HEKse's resolution is immediately better.
Despite the HEKse's big soundstage, it sounds a bit more intimate than the Arya Organic (or at least the sounds which are the closest to the listener are closer than with the Arya) whilst the Arya has more of an HD800-like presentation (at least from the quick listening session I had). So it is quite possible that some listeners will prefer the Arya for the sound presentation and ease of listening.
But if you already have gear that you love and are after a highly-resolving and highly-engaging headphone - the HEKse is special, even the Susvara off the EF1000 couldn't present itself as a clear winner against the HEKse.
What a lovely review, feels so good watching it while wearing the Organics 😁 Would it be possible to have a Organic vs HE1000SE video? Greetings from Greece
Great suggestion!
Hey man, another brilliant review as usual! Yours and DMS's Arya stealth review led me to purchase it just over a year ago. I'll probably end up getting this one too very soon. 😅 Take care, and I hope you feel better soon. Looking forward to more headphone reviews from you!
🙏🏻
Great review, not surprised! 👌Personally, I have to give headphone of the year to the Atrium Closed. 😁
Wish you'd do a video comparing it to v3 stealth. When you did the Arya v3 stealth review you compared it to the v2 and that was very helpful to understanding how it sounds. There's not much comparison here to get a hold of.
Very Knowledgeable!
Glad you think so!
Started the hobby last christmas and was considering this headphone for the last couple of weeks. When listening I noticed that my hearing became more and more critical regarding mastering and sound quality of the tracks. Feeling now that my ears still can hear differences when upgrading, I felt the need to buy a new headphone as my dac/amp should be good enough for higher tier headphones. Watching your review pushed me over the edge...just bought it. Curious about the sound quality improvement over my Focal Elear and my FiiO FH-9 as my audio journey continues.
Would be interested to hear your impression.
Considering it for myself.
@@MaskedOG just got it 2 days ago, so they are not properly burned in. I am blown away by the soundstage, resolution, instrument separation and imaging. Although considered by some to be kind of bright, I thoroughly enjoy listening to them. Compared to my Focal Elear: the Elear bass is more impactful and authorative but the Organic´s bass extends more to the subbass. Big step up for my listening overall - most likely endgame for me.
As an HE100se and Susvara owner, I'm not planning on getting another one. But I just loved the review - the energy you convey is inimitable. Made me want to just listen to them for a while. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
I own the HE1000SE and want to upgrade to Susvara. Do you reach for them more than HE1000SE?
@@ClintAvila Hi. Yes, I do reach for them more often. In fact, I use Susvara 95% of the time because it sounds much more natural for long listening sessions. I only reach for the HEkse when I'm sitting far from my audio station - Susvara is definitely not a mobile solution ;)
@@radekbaszak7519 Love to hear that. I truly enjoy my HEK SE and I know some say it's 95% Susvara but I love the idea of an even more natural easy to listen to sound. Definitely looking forward to adding Susvara to my collection. 😁
@@ClintAvila Frankly speaking, I wouldn't say that the HEkse sounds natural and that the Susvara is more natural. The HEkse, in fact, is far from natural due to its relatively bright tuning (though it's bright without being harsh). The Susvara, on the other hand, is impeccable in its tuning and naturalness compared to all the headphones I've experienced (Abyss, Meze, Stax, and others). Where the HEkse truly shines is in the size (height) of the soundstage; in genres like electronic music, it creates an immersive spatial sensation, perfectly suiting styles such as ambient.
The Susvara might not be as impressive in that specific aspect (considering driver size), but its holographic quality is superior.
So, the choice between them will ultimately depend on your personal preferences. I personally rank the Susvara's naturalness, resolution, and holographic sound much higher than that of the HEkse.
In conclusion, even though both headphones represent HiFiMan's sound signature, they are distinctly different. I wouldn't say that the HEkse delivers 95% of what the Susvara does. They are unique in their ways, so I'd recommend testing them out personally before deciding.
Also, note that the Susvara might not give you that immediate "WOW" factor on the first listen. It's during extended listening sessions that you understand why they're regarded as the best (kings or perhaps queens?).
However, that's purely based on my own experiences and opinions
Still rocking my Sen’s 650’s …these look like a definite upgrade from them …a clear improvement.
I’m impressed that you took the time s d effort to compare your favorite IEM’s to these headphones..yes they’re different..but you know what you like !!
Great video, hope you get better.
👍☕️🍕🥓🔥
Move on from the old 650. These planar headphones have better bass and treble than the the 650
Happy Easter 🐰
I went with the LCDX 2021 …and damn 🥲
@@carminedesanto6746 yep great choice night and day difference with planar. though LCD may be heavy for me
Thank you for the review. Question- I have the Campfire audio Bonneville and am looking for a full size headphone that has similar qualities. In the $2000 under price range. Can you make a recommendation?
At the moment im running the HD700 with the ifi zen stack, do you think it will be a good followup if i upgrade to these, the way you descrived them they sound really good on every aspect, and im intriguied by the fact that these can be powered by anything, will these sound good on the ifi zen stack? Soundstage and imaging is key for me
Another great review, thanks! Yesterday, at Canjam, these were very hard to get a chance to listen to!
On a separate topic, have you had a chance to audition the new Yamaha planars + dedicated amp/dac? For me they are the most impressive thing exhibited at canjam ldn this year
No not yet but hope to
I can't find the silver headphone cable your mentioned. Probably have wrong spelling? Does anyone have the brand name or a link? Thanks.
How does it compare to the stealth? Is it an upgrade? (i recently got a stealth)
Have you tried the new Utopia yet? If so how does it compare to the previous version?
Great review. In spite of your recent illness, your passion for this product really shined through.
Excluding cost, if you could only have one or the other, would you still want the Arya Organic over the HE1000se (latest version) or V2?
Thanks mate. Yeah I would.
HESE
IEMs are better price to performance ratio but I've not heard > $1000 headphones.
I like the plethora of new products because it drives down prices of 2 year old premium headphones on used markets.
Headphones always hurt my earlobes, but still excited to try this out in 2 years. 😂
Thank you for the review. I demo'd Clear OG and Arya OG three years ago. While the Arya had amazing soundstage I kept the Clears and returned the Arya. Zero regrets and have enjoyed the Clear OG. Actually cured my HP addiction. Recently had a relapae and got a Clear MG and it definitely improved the mid range, but lost some low end. Still happy with the purchase since I enjoy the Focal sound. Been researching the Arya Organic and HE1000v3 as a secondary HP to switch it up. Any experience with the new HE1000v3? Tempting since its only like $100 more.
Love the Focal Clear OG myself! I would take the Arya over the HeK
Thank you for this review! Just finished watching it. Do you get the same sense as on the Susvara that the singer is in one of the sides of the ear cups? I hope you feel better soon!
Yes it do sometimes lol
lol I see! I have not found a headphone that doesn't do that. I am getting my ears checked next month with a doctor >.
Excellent review! So much so that I just subscribed. What would be some decent price appropriate amp pairing for the Arya? And do you need a super expensive amp to get the most out them? The reviewer Currawong said about the previous Arya Stealth that there was little to no improvement in SQ when pairing with an amps above say the $1000 mark. He said he noticed little difference between an assortment of $1000 amps he tried from the likes of Schiit, Sinxer and Gastard, for example, and higer end amps he tried with them including even Chord Dave. Was this the case in your experience? And what would be a decent amo pairing in the toughly $1000 range? Thanks.
You don’t need an expensive amp for the Arya at all. You would be fine with a JDS amp
@@amplifyaudioreviews Thanks! Good to know because I can't afford an expensive one anyway lol.
What DAC and amp do you need to get the best sound. Would a mojo 2 be good enough?
HIFIMAN HE1000 V3 Stealth comparison?
Great review! youre making me want one and i just bought a ZMF atrium closed :D
Lol
I have a pair of Galaxy Bud Pros I have been using for a couple years for on the go/the gym. I couldn't imagine just sitting at home with earbuds crammed in my ears listening to music, no thanks. Full sized headphones all the way for home use. I have the Arya Organic coming in tomorrow.
Here in the US the Arya Organic is $1299 and the HE1000 Stealth is $1399 so, lots of potential buyers want to know the difference. I can't find one CZcams reviewer discussing this opportunity. What the heck guys??
I love big soundstage and punchy bass. I guess this is the best combination of those in that price range.
Is a HE1000SE better than this? Thinking about the organic or a HE1000SE, considering that they are going for only $2,000
Sounds like a lovely headphone. If only I didn't experience driver flex with every Hifiman headphone I've ever tried :-)
I love my Arya stealth. Bought six months ago, after an extensive comparison with other headphones. What surprises & worries me is the frequency with which HiFiman releases so-called upgrades. Recovering from audiophila nervosa, this somehow hurts.
Lol
Dude! I had bought the Stealth a week before any reviews of the Organic showed up online... I was so quick to return and order the Organic... Super happy about it.
Awesome@@iamLaKai1
What would be best portable DAC to drive them ?
Fully agree on harder pillowy bass! Getting a good bass texture is not easy with whatsoever ki d of EQing. If bass quality is good here, am all for it! 👍
It has more bass than the stealth edition but excrutiating upper end - do a demo if you can
👍🏻
How do these compare to ZMF Aeolus and Auteur?
Which one is better he1000 or organic? At same price
Hi I appreciate the review Amid. I have been thinking about upgrading from a Sundara and cant decide if I should go with Ananda Nano or Arya Organic. Just curious if you have gotten a chance to listen to Ananda Nano and how the 2 stack up to each other. Is the Arya Organic like significantly better than the Nano?
Indeed I have Nano is great but if you have the budget go for the AO
@@amplifyaudioreviews Are you planning to do an Ananda Nano review? Would be interested in hearing your thoughts. Of course I believe the Arya is a great headphone, but for me it is tall order for my budget. I just dont know if I can swallow the price tag. If Ananda Nano comes remotely close to Arya Organic I think I would settle for Nano
I've had mine for about 5 weeks. Still waiting for the amp I ordered.
Aryas are very comfortable but in my opinion like a big beautiful house flawlessly decorated but with no where to sit.
Review final audio d8000 pro
I wish you have the arya stealth and do a side by side comparing on this video instead of going by memory because the stealth is that good and this organic if it beats the stealth then at that price point it can change the game and become a hot seller , but side by side test on video must be done and not by memory.
I did A/B briefly no worries 👍🏻
How do these compare to the Meze 109 Pro? I am a bit leery of thr QC of HiFiMan. Thanks for the video!
Much better soundstage and resolution I would say
whats your opinion on hd660s first version which has only 150 ohms ,as i am trying to buy one for vocals and midrange, should i buy these or go for another one in hd 6 line , and timbre wise which is the best among sen hd 6 line?
HD650 is the one I would recommend for timbre vocals and midrange
You think this would pair well with the Cayin RU 7 you reviewed not long ago ? I bought the RU 7 because of you : )
Hope you are enjoying the RU7. Yes I do think it would be a nice pairing if you can handle a bit of treble
RU7 was the best buy... Really good !@@amplifyaudioreviews
Were you at CJ London?
Have you listened to the HE1000 V2 Stealth? Curious how it compares to the Organic. I just received my HE1000 V2 Stealth and it literally blows my entire headphone collection away. I absolutely love them. Compliments my ZMF Atrium very well. I also own an LCD-X, Clear MG, Radiance, DT 1990, K712 Pro, 6XX.
Yes I have glad you are enjoying yours
@@amplifyaudioreviewswhich one you prefer better Arya Organic vs He1000 Stealth?
@@bendzy169 AO
I don't love the HD800S because it simply doesn't sound realistic. However, I do love the HD650. With the proper upgrades I've gotten my HD650 to sound big and wide while retaining the warmth and the midrange. My main thing is how realistic it sounds, do the Arya Organic sound realistic particularly in the midrange?
Future Legend! (it already is though)
Yeah!
How would you say it compares to the HE1000v2 pre-stealth?
HekV2 is one of my favorite headphones I’m wondering the same lol but organic seems awesome for the price. Definitely want to try it.
I have the new LCD X. I've heard the Arya Stealth and I had a hard decision choosing between the two. But I loved the bass of the LCD X too much, so I kept my LCDX (it was close). But if you're telling me this one has better bass than the Stealth, then I may need to start counting my savings.
Hello mate, I happen to have the latest LCD-X as well as the Stealth+Organic versions of Arya. The Organic is indeed punchier and more impactful to a degree where I enjoy listening to bass heavy music like Electronic etc although it can still not compete with the LCD-X which is fuller warmer and richer in bass quantity and impact/rumble on those sub 50Hz frequencies.
@@giorgosapo4508 thanks for the info. I also like edm, and metal etc. And I'm a bit of a bass head. I would definitely like to give them a listen. I've heard MM500 as well but they are a bit too expensive for me.
The X is a good headphone!
I got these but returned it. The upper end shout is truly ear piercing. It has more bass than the stealth edition but excrutiating upper end
I'm thinking of getting the HE1000SE for this reason. Seems to be less shouty and more laid back from what i've been reading. Currently have the Arya stealth and some songs are hard to listen to if I want to increase the volume.
@@TheJonazas I'm in the same boat of thinking getting HEK SE too. Currently own the Arya SE 430g version which have identical specs as this Organic. When I look at the graph for Hifiman can, they seem to have similar sound signature. I've also own other Hifiman like HE4xx, Deva Pro and Ananda SE and all these lower tier do sound similar to each other until it reach Arya, and the Arya are in the family of HEK SE to my eyes. So I'm wary if it will make any big differences or just in your mind think it better kind of deal.
I have had the HEKSE for a few months now. They are incredibly good. Very close to perfection. I still have to use EQ, but after that they sound insanely good. I'd say Aryas are high end headphones while HEKSE is GOD-tier headphones. I wasn't blown away at first, as they need burn in (ear, driver, pad burn in) but after a while they really impressed me. Now I just have to take care of them. End game reached. @@denis4072
Hi from Toronto ☕️👍
Hi(fi) man from Texas
Everyone's been raving about this headphone recently. I'm satisfied with my HD700 and HD660S2, but I'll be saving up for the Arya Organic. Too bad Hifiman has had a terrible track record with QC. It's made me shy away from purchasing their headphones.
Let me know what you think when you get it
Hey do you think I would miss a huge upgrade if I buy Arya Organic instead of HE1000SE. Most say, that SE is better but only in single digit percentages... like minimaly, but audible.
I'm a geek but no real audiophile superbrain, so I love amazing sound and spent money on it, but then Organic is 600 cheaper than HE1000SE and money isn't endless :D
So, will I hate myself for buying "the cheaper" Headphone, just because I think it is "good enough" to realize a few months later, that I still want the very best :D
So generally you like stuff that is super bright
I'm interested to know about SUBBASS RUMBLE
It does quite well for subbass rumble
The way you're describing it as though it's comparable to Stax. Stax really sound like speakers. But in terms of soundstage it's smaller than HD800s. How do you compare it against the Stax.
Stax more resolving but at so much higher price
Can the Hifiman Arya Organic work with dongle DACs with 3-5 VRMs?
fwiw, my brother has had great results with the Questyle M15 at 2.624...his desktop being the Holo Bliss...
Just wait until Ryan from Modhouse releases his Tungsten headphone.
Arya Organic or Caldera then? 😃 (different price points, I know, but sinxe we're comparing with all others and Caldera seemed to be one which you've really enjoyed recently)
Caldera. Not just different price tiers. Different performance tiers by 1-2.
❤
How does it compare to latest focal utopia..
The focals and hifimans have totally different sound profiles and you probably should decide which direction you prefer. The hifimans tend to be open transparent and detailed but somewhat empty and the focals beautiful and competent but very dense and not a lot of stage and detail. It also depends on what you listen to.
Can Fiio K5 drive these?
Should be able to!
15:52 Atticus will absolutely demolish TC in terms of bass impact and quantity. I directly A-Bd both on a speaker amp (pass 350.8) and atticus smashed tc in terms of quantity of bass.
TC has cleaner bass and better extension.
You must review JM AUDIO XTC2 OPEN back as well as JM AUDIO closed back 2.5
Where do you live? What virus did you have? What did you use to treat the virus? With EQ I can get the X4 sounding really good. Very punchy and slammy. I guess the Arya organic would be the next step up.
Darn it, now this HP's gonna be sold out everywhere and Hifiman will raise the price.
War of the cans, omg omg, what else can I say
I thought you sold all your headphones as you were having neck issues and left the hobby for the 3rd time. Didnt know the organi could cure that 😂
Lol. Na I’ll review headphones I like! And I haven’t left the hobby. I still do IEMs.
Headphone of the year, cuz that’s how long it will last 🙃
Nice but i don t like that red wood stripe.
Why not?
I just came here to watch your reviews and learn vocabs. Lol 😅
That's awesome!
I hope that isn't a review unit you are returning filled with flu germs 😂, great review by the way
There are 2 channels on CZcams this one, and Golden Sound. I watch these channels to learn how to review, not just for buying products. তেল মারছি না 😂
You have good taste 💯
I'm sure that Arya is a fantastic headphone. But headphone of the year should be new Modhouse Tungsten. They will destroy Arya and it's in the same price range.
Although I love Hifimans deeply but isn't it too soon to be declared HOTY (headphone of the year)???
Yeah somewhat 😂
Bass discussed in the tonality section? Hm. Sounds like weak planar HFM bass again, if it's not even at HE6 level. Ugh. I would buy it, if it sounds better than XS, which was pretty great technically, but too bright, and too strange of imaging presentation.
Another comparison: Arya Organic VS HE1000V2?
At CanJam Chicago, I really liked AEON 2 NOIRE. It was more engaging and fun sounding than X9000 on Grand Cayman/whatever. I also like the new Silver headphone from ModHouse.
!
This is probably still not suitable for death metal? Cattle Decapitation and like...
Probably not the most suitable
Thanks for answering. Which HP would you suggest for death metal in a 1000-2000 range? New or used.

For memes they should play some "Forced gender reassignment" on Republican rallies.
Its because IEMs are boring
IEMs are more fun, a lot of options and you can find wild tunings at any prices. But the headphone market is much more well established, each price range is occupied by a few headphones and you can't go wrong with them.
What do you talk about? Arya organic is one of the most unnatural headphones i ever heard.
So I bit and purchased the Arya Organic. Great sound stage(probably the best I've heard), excellent bass and tuning HOWEVER, the treble.. oh boy.. way too much energy, way too bright. It is piercing to me.. maybe not for some of you but that is what kills it for me. I just can't listen to these for more than 15 minutes without my ears screaming bloody murder. Honestly, I would keep these over my ZMF Caldera if it were not for the treble being too bright. Too bad as the overall presentation is phenomenal.
What do you find they do better than Caldera?
I'm surprised to read people find the Organic so bright. While my set was a bit brighter before burn in, they are amazing now. What is your source chain like?
@@edwardh2153 Maybe the frequencies where it sizzles don't affect you much but to me, this headphone creeps into the siblance territory too often where the Caldera never does. My chain is PC>Gustard U18>Gustard R26 DAC> WA22 tube amp. I also have the Burson Soloist 3X GT SS amp.
