- Four suspects have appeared in court in Moscow charged over the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue on Friday that killed 137 people.

The men were officially identified as citizens of Tajikistan, the Tass state news agency said, and faced charges over a 'terror attack committed by a group of individuals resulting in a person’s death'. All four pleaded guilty. The incident near Moscow is the deadliest Islamic State-claimed assault on European soil and the deadliest attack by any group in Russia since the 2004 Beslan siege. Russia observed a nationwide day of mourning on Sunday, as the official number of wounded rose to 154. Russian authorities have said they expect the death toll to rise with at least a dozen victims still in critical condition.

I still would not recommend our prisons as a point of attraction, whether you visit or move in))).
The rest of the place is not bad, but i don't think our prisons are getting better any time soon.
Nor do i recommend the inmates.
They have closed the main prison in St Petersburg, the Crosses. I guess there soon will be tours available.
You are welcome. However, you need to remember that Russia has been cut from the usual card payment systems, which makes travelling at the moment rather complicated. It may help if you have a UnionPay card, they are accepted by most places.

The issue with this type of criminal justice system is that you cant guarantee that you have the right guys, as there’s always the chance they were beaten into confessing
