Russia has formally charged four individuals in connection with the attack on a Moscow concert hall. At least 137 people have died in the terrorist attack. The four men believed to be behind the attack were charged with committing an act of terrorism. The Islamic State Khorasan (IS-K) group has claimed responsibility for the attack. To further their claims, the group has released bodycam footage showing attackers firing on the crowd inside the concert hall. However, Russia's President Vladimir Putin is blaming Ukraine for the attack. Kyiv has termed President Putin's claims as "absurd." Palki Sharma brings you the full story.
