Zebra Pleco L46 L046 Breeding Colony

one of my breeding tanks for the zebra pleco.. the tank measures 5ft and holds 450 litres.
zebra species tank..around 14 adults with 2 dominant males and 20+ juveniles and baby's.

Do u disturb the slat when cleaning tank? Or would that freak them out?
