Hello sir, I doing FEA analysis of Pressure vessel with nozzle in ANSYS Workbench (Static structural). Stresses at nozzle is much higher than allowable stress value. How to justify it means, I know, at nozzle stresses will be higher but they are much higher like 137.5MPA allowable and 250MPa yield and I am getting at nozzle is near about 622Mpa.
This is a great video that I keep going back to over the years as someone who doesn’t do FEA full time.
