Genius, probably the greatest natural talent football has ever seen. Baggio combined flair, elegance, technique and speed. Genius are born not made, and baggio is the definition of that statement.

At 18 years old (1986) he had a terrible knee injury.. surgery, 220 hit points, 20 cm right knee scar.. Doctors said he couldn't play anymore. He didn't care and played 17 years with pain and painkillers.. The videos shows what he did, but you can only imagine what he could have done with good knees..
Defenitely he had the talent to be on All Time Top 10.

My favourite player of all time. Use to watch him play on football Italia on a Sunday when juve played. He could dribble around people effortlessly like a butterfly he was amazing to watch. I Miss that in today's football, the individuality the proper solo performances. Probably closest to dribbling skills today is Messi.

Yes because the game develops a 3 defender system where there are wing-backs who mainly controll the game now days. That's why the classic central forward dies out ( a number 10 like Ozil) however I Do believe tho that there could be rare magicians at the wing-backs bringing back this style

Le Symposie Baggio era il calcio, era arte pura. L'uomo poi rappresentava appieno i valori del vecchio calcio romantico, non legato agli sponsor e al business. Infatti 2 mesi fa in un'intervista Baggio ha ammesso che dopo il ritiro dal calcio giocato non ha più visto questo sport, perché ormai incompatibile con i suoi valori
Hai avuto la fortuna di viverlo o lo stai scoprendo “postumo”? Era qualcosa di letteralmente magico, lo abbiamo amato tutti, noi della mia generazione. I'm italian and R. Baggio is my favourite footballer ever. He was a masterclass despite his serious knee injury occured when he was 18 years old (90% of players had suffered that kind of injury would have stopped playing at that time) doing great things both for national team and for clubs in serie a league that was the most difficult in the world during his time.
He was magic and poetry... I haven't followed football so many years anymore, it's another thing nowadays for me.
He's in my Top 5 Ever together with Maradona, Pelè, Cruijff and Ronaldo (BRA).
