Really enjoying your videos! I’ve found the recording option in Teams to not have a high enough resolution for what I do, so I’ve starting running OBS (thanks to your video tutorial!) in the background to record a higher resolution and to generally have more control over the recording 🤙

Great video, Kevin! This is easily the best collection of the currently available top features in the shortest possible time. ❤ One thing I would add: if there is no transcript in Stream, you may need to go into the video's settings and assign a language to have the transcript appear.

One thing to note with creating your own background images is with PNG files they don't make use of the alpha channel. This means you can't have a transparent background with a logo in the corner for example.

As for Tip nr 14. I found out that adding apps (like forms) to Teams channel meetings is not possible. It is only possible after you create a Teams meeting from outlook. But then you loose the channel meeting advantages.

Thanks for the note David! haha, glad you appreciate the complexity of the Together Mode filming! I end up filming using OBS and record all my audio to separate channels (mic, additional mics, system sound). You also need 5 accounts signed in to a meeting to enable Together Mode, so I have lots of test accounts... Makes it a lot easier but still takes lots of rehearsal to ensure everything works smoothly. My video coming out tomorrow morning on NVIDIA Broadcast is probably one of the most complex I've done to capture all the audio and video properly... phew, glad that one is done 😂

I like the use of the Urgent message feature to remind important people to join your meeting. That’s especially useful when reminding a presenter that they have a meeting to present🤣
