Ingredients for the hairoil are:
- 1 cupbof curry leaves
-1 cup of fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup of black seeds
-1 cup of coconut oil
1. Fry the fenugreek seds and curry leaves on low heat.
2.After it changes color, you can add it to a blender.
3. Add the coconot oil to the powder and boil it on low heat
4. After that, strain it.
Apply to scalp 2 hours before shower or overnight.
What is the black seeds. Is it black Mustard or kalongi?

This is what my mom used to make for us and our hair was thick and shiny. She added more things to the oil like vettiver and henna. I should also mention if you are prone to cold be cautious, because the coolness of these things has can elevate cold.

@@lekshmisreee9100 heat 500ml coconut oil with hand ful of henna leaves/ dried henna, fenugreek seed ( 1 tablespoon for 500 ml oil), handful of curry leaves, moringa leaves and few dried vetiver roots.
Once cooled down you can either drain it or store as it is in a glass bottle. My mom always stored as it is.
Use this oil for your scalp and hair. You can leave it over night or a day or two as you want. Or you can wash it in a hour or two too.
Add more curry leaves and moringa leaves, dates etc in your diet for more iron supply.

Fenugreek aloevera hair pack sticks like a glue to your scalp even after washing properly. It causes itchiness in scalp. If I scratch my scalp, it releases like a flakes of fenugreek pack and makes out head look disgusting. Since fenugreek is really really good for hair treatment, I still follow the fenugreek hair pack but with a solution for this...I add curd to the pack during the application. It makes smooth and easy to apply. Washing hair is also super easy. Fenugreek no more sticks like a glue on my scalp. Adding curd to fenugreek pack is a saviour because I need not to give up Fenugreek aloevera hair pack.

Thanks, for sharing this recipe. I have added some vitamin E oil to this oil once it cooled down. Later before filling it in a jar I added some camphor to it to keep lice and fungal infection away. It helps a lot in school going children...

@@aadmi67 hey fariha before starting any self treatment take few blood tests it’s not that all hair fall issues are untreatable if you’re having some deficiency take the deficient supplements , home remedies are good bt always consult dermatologist so you can find the cause of your problem
Speaking from my personal experience, try onion juice. It did wonders to my hair. I have hair regrowth and my hair fall also reduced. You can add aloe vera gel and a pinch of salt as well.
Currently I’m using a homemade oil which includes onion juice, aloe vera gel, fenugreek powder, curry leaves and coconut oil. U can look for vids on how to prepare it.

To those, who think their Treatment is not working: How do you know if this CZcamsr even has a Hairfall/Thinning Problem? There are no before and after Photos. You can't even see her Face or the Front of her Head to see if that is the same Person with the thin Hair or somebody else with thicker Hair afterwards.
So, don't beat yourselves up and either keep trying this Treatment or find a different Treatment from somebody else, who will actually show you before and after Results.

Use hair serum before u use oil and apply oil after serum gets dry and in the morning apply hair mask and wash off ur hair simple,try this for twice a week and u get desired results in 3months,and dont use if u experience hairfall overly due to oil.

Spray,oil and mask or at different time?
Apply oil before hair wash (minimum time 30 mins) after do hair wash with shampoo then let hair dry apply hair mask wash it with plain after after 15-20 mins after spray fenugreek water on hair from roots , leave it for at least an hour max 2 hours. Then wash u r hair first with normal water . Usually normal water will be enough but if u don’t feel comfortable u can use mild shampoo.
It is not compulsory to do all at a time. U can use it individually to but for better results do all in a day at once per week.
Tip: massage u r head before using oil on it..
I started doing it from last before Sunday..
When I used this process 2nd time I also gave rosemary water rise at last . good smell of rosemary made me feel good. Before i felt uncomfortable because of fenugreek smell.

Great oil recipe. But hard to trust that your hair density grew this exponentially. And if your hair has really grown so well, it might not be only because of the oil and serum.

I had the same thought and the only logical explanation would be that she had naturally thick hair and somehow lost some density and this recipe significantly reduced her hairfall, thus regaining her thick hair back. It can be very misleading to people with naturally thin hair who may think that they can gain this density from this formula.
@II even I had naturally thick hair until recently. I had severe hair fall due to unknown reasons. I lost all my density. And I try everything natural but nothing works
Right.no remedy will work until you are healthy inside.this is my experience.internal weakness and nutrient deficiencies and hormonal changes cause hair fall.when these things are cured your hair starts to grow.

One important question maam to help make the oil tomorrow is the proportion of the ingredients used, ie. coconut oil, fenugreek and onion seeds. If you let me know I will be grateful and make the oil right a way. Another question the spray you made with the fenugreek seeds and strained, you asked us to keep the soaked fenugreek to be used but I have not seen you use it again. Did you use the same fenugreek in making the oil. Please please answer. I have problem hair and this oil is going to help me I am sure.
Fenugreek and onion seeds 2 tbs each. Coconut oil can be 100ml-150ml

Curry leaves majorly takes care of the graying I guess...the fenugreek seeds are a holy grail so really, if you just can't manage curry leaves or hibiscus leaves...or amla .i.e gooseberry, skip it. I was recently told about a fenugreek seeds + kalonji seeds recipe
When I say kalonji I mean nigella sativa, the one she's referring to as black seeds.
