* I have trusted KIXEYE so much that I did not test the Barony Resistance by myself. Before I was banned in their Discord server, I asked them to check if the Barony Resistance actually works or not. It looks like the team forgot what they must do. Here is a proof for this: imgur.com/GnbOoaH
* Some other problems, Astral Barony Crack (190) has secretly received a filthy buff to counter the Judge Dreadnought. In the Fragmentation event, my Judge was able to auto-farm the Crack target, 1 coin repair per fight. In the Mobilization now, it receives at least 6 coins repair per fight.
* Not only that, the development team has, again, used the filthy trick to make the Judge spend much time on attacking Astral Barony Fracture (175), which is the same situation as the Barony Recompense target. * Talking about the upcoming new features. Before that, let us have a quick look at the Retrocitor season, we have Scatter Vulcan, the strongest weapon for close-range combat; Eruption Missile, the most effective weapon that can serve any situations; and Hound, the strongest ship that is able to have the same range as Stalker, which is also able to attack enemy in a very long distance. All of those features were first released when the Retrocitor season was about to end. Returning to the current RetroSyn season, we already have the Proto Vulcan, the most powerful weapon for close-range combat; and soon we will have Abstersion Missile, a weapon that will be first released with the Tribunal, a Ranger. The fact that the upcoming missile will be first released with the Ranger is enough to tell us that this weapon will likely be the most effective weapon that can serve any situations. Next to it is the Tribunal, yes, Ranger is a role for hulls that can deal high damage in a very long distance. Déjà vu? I believe I have seen this situation before.
* Overall, the history will happen once again, there is be nothing new except the power creep of the latest contents are be the best features. But this time is different, the upcoming new features will rule the whole season. Because of that, KIXEYE can rely on the power creeep they created to make new NPCs even more difficult to be taken down, or even worse, old NPCs will receive more filthy buffs to adapt to those new features. Oh, I almost forgot that harmful bugs still exist at the moment xD

I'd suggest you to run 10 more tests like that. It's clear that the second hull receives 2 rounds. If you are sure barony resistance doesn't work, run more tests to eliminate possible errors.

However, I believe KIXEYE will never fix the bug because they are paying more attention to making T13 farming as harsh as possible at the moment.
at 2:32 you can clearly see, that Spectre hull received ONE round and T12 hull received TWO rounds of damage at the same time. The next second, after pause, Spectre receives the second round and they both die. So, they didn't receive the same amount of damage at 2:32.
Those rounds came from the same Astral Barony hull in the same NPC target. Respectively receiving 2 rounds or receiving 2 rounds at the same time will not change the value. Besides, the pause only helps players to see the test clearer.

agree with you @petvopry, but the thing is if the conciliator took 2 shots = 193.8*2 * 0.8 = 387.6 * 0.8= 310.08 < 312.5 HP if data is correct, maybe the problem is they made a math round 310.8 => 312, and it died?
Talking about the Bailiff, another Spawned Ship for the Judge. To me, either it deals AoE damage or inside the inventory. In farming, KIXEYE not only buffs NPCs to handle the heat from players' squadrons, but also buffs them to be absurdly tough against the Judge Dreadnought. As a consequence, squadrons on the Judge deal so little damage that I decide to boldy change Puncture Squadrons to Breach Squadrons, so that they can apply Debilitate debuff to help main weapons on the Judge deal more damage. Because of that, Bailiff will not an option for my Judge (I do not hope that KIXEYE will nerf Jury or not allow the Judge to use 2 Jury spawned ships because of this 😂).

The tale is the same since it is the only way kixeye has found to move foward to continue the endless grind to be ahead of powercreep still remember the days when they tweaked DC event fleets midgame and was like these feel stronger than before
Too bad that it does nothing except proving how poor the preperation that KIXEYE has been showing to players. They have opportunities and the ability to make the game better in farming and PvP and many more, but they just deny those again and again without giving a second to think about it.
the only part you forgot is that Kixeye can have modifiers within the AB fleet AGAINST certain hull types
Too bad that I have tried other NPCs but the result is not your favor, which is the same. Keep licking KIXEYE's feet, Criminal Phil, your main account will never come back to you because of doxxing their employee. Oh yeah, why don't you test it by yourself? I think KIXEYE will give you coins to refit your ships back thanks to keeping their feet clean (although it is a little bit smelly).
Besides, what you said makes me think that the development team accepts to make NPCs take more damage from new features but not deal less damage to new features. Wow damn, that just more and more proves how greedy the team is. Thanks for your comment 👍

Well, at least giving false information in the game will be fixed lol. Fixing the bug or not fixing it, KIXEYE's primary purpose will never change: Make sure players will suffer in farming; more suffer, the better.
sorry to say, not suprised. i think we all knew stuff isnt right. and they wont fix shit, just put new stuff out and hope we forget the stuff quick since it gets obsolete within 2 months...
