This is the one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written.
Agreed!
It's a wonderful piece of music, though I still think The Call Of Ktulu is their best instrumental.
Nah !
Definitely is.. and Call of Ktulu
Yes, it is.
*reacting to a masterpiece*
I love Metallicas instrumentals but I always wear headphones. The sis that enjoyed this more should listen on headphones its like drifting off into space for 8 or so minutes.U will enjoy it that much more when u put headphones on..i promise!
Man you said it all. Being able to hear every sounds directly into your ears completely changes the atmosphere of each song you listen to
React To Live is To Die. There is a Cliff Burton tribute in middle of song. You guys will love it
Len Polistina I’m not following you...
I love all Metallica songs but the instrumentals are the ones that take you on a journey. I always shut my eyes and crank it up.
What would you give to be able to forget Metallica even exists ? And be able to discover every song for the first time again ?
I'd give a LOT.
You should wear headphones to listen better and experience it like its meant to be. Congratulations from Argentina!
Orion es realmente una obra maestra. Eso de meter el compás 3x4 del Vals a mitad del tema, los contratiempos de la batería de Lars, las armonías... TODO ES DE 10
Metallica bassists, Cliff Burton, was the one who composed this whole instrumental. He was very very classically influenced and you can really hear it in Orion. Orion has Ben considered by most to be Cliff Burton’s greatest composition. Unfortunately, Burton died in 1986 when Metallica’s tour bus hit some black ice and the bus overturned landing on Cliff Burton. Next time you hear this instrumental just remember the genius that was Cliff Burton. Great reaction, ladies.
Lowkey though I don't think the black ice thing was actually true, i remember seeing an interview where James said he walked for miles and couldn't find any
Welcome Home (Sanitarium) - Metallica next pls!
Yeah I suggested that one a while back myself. Just because they’ve already reacted to One, Fade To Black, The Unforgiven, and Nothing Else Matters, and so reacting to Sanitarium would officially round off all 5 classic era Metallica ballads
LIVE AT SAN FRANCISCO 2017
Jectar Bella not live. A first time reaction to a song should never be a live version
@@PotawatomiThunderNew For No Leaf Clover they wouldn't have a choice.
Joseph Gilbert well yeah of course there are a couple of exceptions, like No Leaf Clover that only exists as a live song, and is a song where it’s live version is the official version. But for most regular studio album songs, the first time hearing it should be it’s studio version.
Metallica did alot of instrumentals and this is one of them...genius stuff in my opinion!, Cheers and rock ya later.
This is the best...and thats saying something...R.I.P Cliff
Orion - Most creative
Ktulu - Most haunting
To live is to die - weirdest ambiance and saddest
@@kowxley1793 don't forget about catchy and super-heavy Suicide & Redemption
Try damage inc....it'll make you run through a brick wall
This is accurate.
"fuck you wall, you don't tell me where to go"
Ahahah
In honor of the great cliff burton please do Anastasia pulling teeth live version by the way he wrote most of Orion
Anesthesia
Orion is my favorite song hands down! Modern day masterpiece of music that didn't need lyrics to inspire.. Such a powerful song indeed. This is a heavy metal symphony the only one of it's kind. (IMO) No other band has had the skill to put together such a piece of music as this. I'm sure the greats would of been proud and impressed at the raw talent this takes to compose.. Great video!
Please react to Metallica..."BATTERY"
CAN NOT STOP THE BATTERY!
BATTERY THE BEST SONG OF THE ALBUM
I love Metallica's instrumentals, they are my favorite band for their amazing song writing abilities and their ability to convey stories through music. Even without words, Orion is most certainly a amazing journey.
TGartheTeddyBear totally agree
Love how they get the deepness that is Metal. Metal lives forever.
6:50 that blues-y breakdown in the middle of the song never gets old. you don't hear stuff like that in metal too much
The most amazing fact about this song is they wrote this song in their early 20's. They wrote a masterpiece as such a young age
Yes indeed, Metallica's instrumentals tend to 'tickle the brain'. The guitar solo you pointed out around 12:28, the next section is actually Cliff doing a bass guitar solo.
And if the "Master of switchups" catches you... back to the much harder stuff with 'Blackened' off the And Justice For All Album. Song's in 4/4... 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 7/4, 6/4, 2/4, 13/4, 5/8... yes, it goes through all of this *seamlessly*, AND accents on the upbeat, which is backwards from most music. It's also in 72, 192, and 128 beats per minute depending on where you are in it.
Not a happy song, though, unless nuclear apocalypse is your thing.
My beautiful ladies. Great reaction as alwAys. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Pantera- Floods
Fuck yes, an absolute must for new Pantera listeners
Awesome !! We love Panters so this is definitly going on our list!!
This is just.. the most beautiful song my Metallica.. alongside one. But what One says with words.. this song.. just... doesn't nees any.. the guitar's cry to the sky and stars.
In my darkest hour - megadeath
we need that
This
The sister with black hair is absolutely mesmerizing, I could watch her all day ♥️
No offence, but that robo-dance or whatever she's doing is quite cringeworthy.
Unfortunately, I reckon she could probably happily watch herself all day too.
You guys need to listen to call of ktulu from ride the lightning album.
@Sebastian Bass solo take one.
Fuck yeah I love love love that song
سلام ایرانی 🤘🤘😂😂😂
Metallica - The call of ktulu (S&M Version)
Glad to see you're back with Metallica. You should check their cover of Turn The Page.
They played this at Cliff's funeral in 1986. Always has a special place in my heart.
Thank you for letting the song fade away on its own and not stopping it.
Drives me crazy when people stop songs before they fade out.
Join my page music in youtube..
U two lovely ladies always put a smile on my face☺🤘keep on rockin'.💙✌
Welcome Ladies. Were so glad to have you. Weve been listening for almost 40 years. And now you shall be too. Cheers to it.
FINALLY!! Thank you ,Thank you . I am glad you ladies enjoyed it. The other Metallica instrumental I hope you react to is Anesthesia pulling teeth.
Please do a reaction to Sound of Silence by Disturbed! Youll love it
U both are cute
I would actually say that that is an understatement.
theey are demonic vipers from the hottest flames of TARTERUS ....they are GODDESSES
@Sebastian Latina? Last time I watched one of their vids they said they're French-Canadian. Or was that something else?
They are both incredibly stunning.
@Sebastian indeed yes the are endowed. . But its the eyes that get me. Not to mention their beautiful smiles when being goofs. 😝
Definitely having fun, beautiful red face to match your lipstick
Great reactions as always, what makes your channel unique, is the way you feel the music and move to it, luv it
Keep Rocking My Ladies 🤟⚘⚘🤟
You ladies are as sweet as the day is long! Beautiful
@iwtmltyb what?

Thank you for your comment!! So glad you enjoy our reactions !!
@@TwoSistersReact you are very welcome :) ...I'm almost giddy when I see a new reaction has been done :D ..I've also come to realize though that youtube is getting much more aggressive about blocking alot of the reaction videos . booooo and grrrrr to that
🤙❤❤🤘
The trooper by Iron Maiden
I envy you girls, I wish I could erase my memory and listen to Metallica all over again
Oh I can't wait to see you guys's reaction to this this is my all-time favorite Metallica song
Orion is based on the birth, life and death of a star. Guess that's why it goes so long, I love it!
Y'all are adorable goofballs. haha Love the reaction!
Girl on the right was having fun with the song... in almost a mocking way.
Girl on the left was definetly feeling it though. She's cute AF too.
I have thought that about a lot of their reactions. The lady on the left seems to feel the music on a deeper level.
One of the greatest instrumentals in Heavy Metal!!!🤘🏼
I couldn't stop smiling when you girls said , we are reacting to the lyrics 😂. Great one though . Spit out the bone and sanitarium next pls !
React to To Live Is To Die, it is another Metallica instrumental that i love
Orion was a hunter in Greek mythology, and the one whom the constellation is named after.
Orion is also the name of countless fictional characters from DC Comics, Star Trek, and more.
A skyscraper in New York City is also named Orion.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orion
Hetfield said the song is named after the greek mythological character Orion.
Pls React Megadeth - Symphony of destruction

I'm sorry. I say to late :)
Fuck yes
Holy wars would be nice.
i played almost every classic metallica song in the guitar store and no one headbang until I played Orion
That whole first minute or so of this video is amusing and kinda fun to watch. It’s like watching people exchange inside jokes that only they know. I sort of enjoy when you guys have those type of moments in your videos because it makes me think about how I am with brother and how everyone else in our family view us when we interact with each other.
But anyway, it was a cool reaction and I’m glad you looked up afterward that it was indeed an instrumental. They have another instrumental you should consider called To Live Is To Die. They have 4 instrumentals in total, Orion is their second instrumental and To Live Is To Die is their third. A big reason why I’d like to see you guys react to that one is because of that song’s context. Metallica’s original bassist Cliff Burton was very progressive, and he was the one who kinda made their music sound more progressive as a whole. He was the one who introduced that progressive style to them. Without him their music might have ended up being a little less melodic and a little more straightforward. This song Orion is an excellent example of that. His influence in this song is very clear and easy to notice. Unfortunately he was killed when Metallica’s tour bus crashed after this album came out. So on their next album, they did the instrumental To Live Is To Die as a tribute to him. And his influence on the band is definitely shown in that song. I won’t lie, the first part of the song might seem to drag on a little bit too long for some people hearing it for the first time, but that doesn’t really take much away from the song’s overall enjoyment. Plus I’m kinda curious to see how you guys take the change in mood that is displayed in that song. It gives you good sense of the pain they were feeling after he died.
Thanks for your comment💕
That intro was hilarious 🤣 lol! Love your reactions 👍❤
My all time fav Metallica song... that contains no lyrics!
Get well soon James.
I love Orion. The song is so relaxing. I feel like I'm traveling through space seeing the awesomeness that is the universe.
I had to subscribe to you guys because I really dig you 2. Your energy is really awesome

Two women listening to my favorite band and enjoying it as much as I do. I love it!!!! Day that never comes is one of my personal favs. 😉

Enjoy my youtube content hearing the truth..
Loved the confusion... and then you both gradually fell in love! 🤘🏼
To live IS to die-Metallica IS another instrumental song,Very good song
The call of Ktulu -Metallica IS another too
Soul of the highest quality.
The song too.
You girls were definitely feeling this song 👍👍
Good Job ladies! An Avid metallica fan here. Keep iT uP!
Cliff Burton was an amazing bassist. Some Cliff moments on this track: 3:57 to 4:28, 6:48 (and onward for quite a bit if you listen), 9:25 to 9:43.
A masterpiece.! Great job ladies.!
In glad y’all liked it, one of my favs 😀
Great choice ladies. Now go back and watch yourselves a 2x the speed. Best thing I seen all day. Great reaction. Keep them coming. \m/
Must react Leper Messiah,no one wants to react that song...why?do it please girls!thank you!
Same as goddamn fixxxer, leper messiah and fixxxer both badass songs and nobody gives a shit
You guys are hilarious 😆 this was amazing
Yo, you on the right. Chill on the sarcasm. This song deserves to be listened to with respect.
Correction: this song MUST be listened to with respect
REACT TO "IN MY DARKEST HOUR" - MEGADETH
“ don’t you know I will put this in the video?”
Hahahahahahahaa great intro
You should react to either Metallica's Enter Sandman or The Four Horsemen =)
Metallica have so many great songs and you picked the most boring one: Enter Sandman.
Yeah, exactly what iwtmltyb said! Not only iconic, but it's also a great song, so shut the fuck up, Dr. Phibes in Red!
@@JW666 To each his own. Little POS!
This is the song that got me into metal \m/
Something incredibly satisfying about seeing Millennials react to classic metal. One sister is more into it than the other...not saying which ;)
Death In The Spotlight the one wit the huge jugs
And the other one is more concerned about the way her hair and her lips look on camera...
The other is too into herself.
This song is an absolute masterpiece. I always enjoy listening to this song. But you should listen to the dance of eternity by dream theater. It's a fantastic song I think you will enjoy it.
i guess you really like metallica
Creeping Death - Seattle '89. You two won't be disappointed.
It's instrumental girls,it's by the former bass guitarist Cliff Burtton who died while they were on tour, the bus driver hit a patch of black ice & made the bus skid & turn over on it's side everyone else was okay but Cliff got thrown out the window where he was at & the bus landed on top of him
Go deeper into Megadeth, beauties
Anyway, this is the most peaceful song I know. It might not be the calmest or the slowest, but it's more chilling than anything.
By the way, you should know, that Metallica has 5 big instrumentals:
1. Anesthesia Pulling Teeth - a wonderful, short song, mostly played on a bass, composed by Cliff Burton
2. The Call Of Ktulu - a long one, just like Orion, starting with a beautiful clean riff written by Dave Mustaine (I guess you know the story), also containing a legendary bass line, played by Cliff Burton (my favourite one)
3. Orion - most known metal instrumental, also composed by Cliff Burton
5. To Live Is To Die - a beautiful piece of art, composed by Metallica after Cliff's death (they used one of his last compositions), containing one of their most famous clean riffs and whispered words, that were partially the last thing that Cliff noted down in his diary
5. Suicide & Redemption - a great, sad song from one of their newest albums, beautiful, but not as soul-touching as the rest (the only one without Cliff Burton's influence)
Girl in the pink top was really feeling it!
You cannot go wrong with Metallica. Every single instrumental is on point, but it's safe to say this one is the best.
Love this song. Close your eyes and enjoy the journey through Orions belt.
It truely sounds like it
The way they've written the album was amazing. It's thrash metal with a very high level of sophistication.
LOVE your dance moves! \m/
LoL was someone on the left smoking the devil's lettuce? Great reaction. Love that you two can have so much fun reacting to stuff. Keep it up.
🙃🙃🙃🙃
Part of the brain massage was actually on bass! Good old Cliff Burton (RIP)
now its time to react to another great instrumental metallica song, to live is to die, 10 minutes eargasm:D
Dee&A are the kind of buddies you need when smoking weed 😂
😂😂
Another great instrumental everyone should hear is Death- "voice of the soul"
Love how you both were grooving so hard on this one. Great video! Are you almost finished with your Question and Answer video? I hope you are still going to post it. :)
We will I promise !! Been so busy, it's hard to find time to film but we will do the Q&A😎
@@TwoSistersReact Thank you both so much. I'm really looking forward to seeing it. I'm a huge fan of your videos.
these 2 are too cuuuuute!!!!!!!
React to Metallica - Bleeding me
That's a killer song. One of my absolute favorite metallica tunes..
Outlaw Torn, Fuel, no leaf clover, list goes on honestly
The Greastest Instrumentals Ever!!
I like that it has a classical influence to it.
Metallica four horsermen live seattle 1989
Keep on rockin! 🤟
Nice reaction
Check out "Child in Time" live in 1970 by Deep Purple, it's the definition of music played with BALLS, also these guys inspired Lars Ulrich (Metallica's Drummer) to play music when he was a kid
Glad you finally got to this🤘
Una auténtica obra maestra. Gracias Acantilado.
You both are amazing haha 😂
God Bless you from NZ🙏
