You can use the holset hx40 and a pump of 6mm, ez 300-350hp

I have om602, 250d stock engine with 90hp and 10valves. Is it possible to make my engine to have 200-250hp with turbo and some light modification?
I know as example for om606 super turbo 500hp we need big turbo, big intercooler, oilcooler, massive boshpump and fuelpump and remap ofc. But I dont look for that, I am looking for "minimal & neccessery" modifications to upgrade my om602 to 200hp, and to have normal consumption when I drive normal hahaha.

I wouldn't put turbo for n/a om60x engine because it's not so reliable, except if you have parts lying around and don't mind if something breaks😅 The work is almost same if you want small or big power (for some point). You need pump with bigger elements, turbo and intercooler, size may vary but same work😅 Your 250d original pump is maybe 150hp max.
PS. You don't have to remap these because we use mechanical 603 pumps on om606 also.

What is a real combined diesel consumption of this super turbo?😁
I think it was like 8-10l/100km combined. You can drive normally with very little throttle and you can't be full throttle for the whole tank 😅

Juu periaatteessa vakiokone. Alkuperänen 350tkm ajettu turbokone mutta vaparin nokat. Kansipahvi pultteineen ja jotain tiivisteitä tuli vaihdettua ennen ku meni paikoilleen. Eli ei mitään suurempaa. Holsetissa muistaakseni #17 pesä ja löpölinjat vakiot coupen linjat ilman siirtopumppua.

It depends what parts you buy, where you buy them and what parts you make yourself, but the cost is somewhere around 10 grand

This is hella impressive and om606 is legendary, but I can't get over the fact that it is a dirty diesel, for me it's just a glorified tractor lmao. Benzin/'gas' power all day ⛽🏎️

You're right but it's so easy to get power from diesels compared to gasoline engines. All you need is lots of fuel and lots of boost. Power and boost equals fun 😂
If you turn the pump back it would run clean asf,diesel is great.
