PORK KILAWIN | How to Cook Pork Kilawin | Kilaying Kapampangan

- Very simple dish originated in Pampanga. Kilayin or we call it Kilawin Kapampangan is a combination of pork meat either belly or back meat, with liver and minced lungs cooked in vinegar. We may not have access to some ingredients like lungs if you are working in Middle East, that is why Kilayin is in my bucket list everytime I go home for vacation. I made this video extra special because I wanted to reconnect with nature. It feels refreshing from being in a concrete jungle for 13 years. Ingredients:
800 grams pork kasim
100 grams liver
100 grams minced lungs
1 whole garlic
2 small onion
2 cups sugar cane vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
3 pcs siling pang sinigang
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp ground peppercorns

Outdoor cooking! I love Kapampangan cuisine idol! Dko makalimutan yung aligi ng Ebus! Tinumis! Buro! Pagkasarap ng kilawing pork! Magaya tong recipe mo at makatikim din nito! Kaganda ng plating! Lalo na ang tanawin dyan sa inyo!
