PORK HAMONADO RECIPE | MOST REQUESTED RECIPE | How to Cook Pork in Sprite | Easy Recipe

I learnt Pork Hamonado from my grandmother who used to have a small Carinderia. It was her best selling menu, and my favorite too. Now, it's the most requested menu every time we throw a birthday party, or any other occasions. It's simple and easy to cook. All you have to do is to follow the exact ingredients I mentioned and you will go no wrong.
Ingredients:
2 kg pork belly
1 whole garlic (minced)
1 medium size onion (chopped)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 pcs bay leaves
2 cups Sprite
