Australia, who lost a war against them: Say sike right now.
their size and tenacity is what lead to that imagine if any of the other builds, ESPEICALLY Raptors were that size, wait you dont have to since the fear of gaint flying raptors is what led to the creation of dragons
Yeah, like emus and ostritches so low? Ostritches and swans are the only two birds that I'm always afraid from (the latter will break your arm, the former can literally tear your guts out).
And emus basically won a land war against humans.
@@masansr I'd be more afraid of cassowaries than ostriches. Cassowaries will just straight up stab and cut a b****.
technically australia won because they got salty and put bounties on dem birbs
the australian army is now also low tier
For those who like the hummingbird build, I suggest the Sword-billed hummingbird. It has such a long beak, that it can only feed from the Passaflora flower. That may seem worse at first, until you realize only the sword-billed hummingbirds can eat from it. This means it will have no competition for it’s food source, turning the high risk-high reward play style into free XP. It still has pretty poor defensive stats, though, so it’s not top tier, but definitely has enough going for it to break out of F-tier.
😊
That’s much better. Still not perfect but much better
Low C tier.
?
Hopefully it provides enough xp that you won't have to spend tons of time farming, like pandas and bamboo
You forgot that some parrot players went all in on their intelligence, which enabled the mimic ability, allowing them to be even more intimidating by mimicing a predator's roar ability, which is extremely intimidating as we all know.
Corvids can also do that, it's just not as well known.
Allat for crows be betta 😂
Thats not uncommon. Tigers can imitate prey.
I'd like to report a glitch: when I play a bird and try to fly through an opening in a house, I get blocked off by an invisible wall and crash to the ground. I think that the wooden frame of the opening somehow gets a huge hitbox. Also, these huge white noisy birds keep knocking me out of the sky. Ban them please.
Yeah... the invisible barrier glitch happened to me the other day and it's so annoying. Couldn't even get rid of it after the server restarted.
It's a shame the devs don't worry enough about their mistakes smh
Oh right. That one. Sometimes when I crash into an "invisible wall" that happens too.
If you played more cats build you would know that these are a feature of Humans aka the only build that can use magic. But they still is a glitch similar, as BendyRiper11 said sometimes these walls spawn a exect copy of yourself wich really creepy.
Edit wow : so apparently both are human constructions. I think once I'll end my current snail playthrouh I'll do my first human one. I don't like how op this build is but there's too many thing I want to see with human
@@slimyduck2140 I think that bug has something to do with the game's water reflection mechanics that make it hard to see into the water. For some reason the barriers have the same effect of spawning a copy of you but without the rest of vision obscuring features.
Dude, those huge white noisy birds are easy to deal with. My friend mains goose, I saw him take down that gigantic bird 1000X his size with one hit. He also had to respawn though, but that's beside the point. Just send in your little brother if you wanna finish off two annoying birds with one stone.
I like how the birds at 3:10 are just vibing
Speaking of geese relying heavily on intimidation.
Once in high school when I was walking home from school I took a scenic detour through the town's only park. While crossing a bridge over a little stream I spotted a little girl, just old enough to grasp the concept of "Bird like bread" feeding the ducks. She was safe enough under the supervision of her mother and father. But that didn't stop a goose from getting mad that she ran out of bread before feeding it. It pecked her and she started crying, which prompted her father to charge the goose. It honked something fierce at her father who utterly unimpressed by its threat display grabbed it about the neck just behind its skull and swung it over his head like a lasso before hurtling it towards the lake.
You forgot the kiwi's special ability: "friend shaped"

It is kind of interesting that every type of raptor has a different specialty that goes well with some sort of RPG-style stat. Except secretarybirds, which is fitting, because they're the most bizarre raptors around.
Though did Ospreys get a mention? Or do they count as hawks for this case?
As a user of the Corvid build, this gave me a lot of ideas for strategies! I usually use the imitation + intimidation strat against opponents with higher weight and inteligence stats, like the human class for example.
Also, love the Don't starve reference! 6:02
Some humans, like myself, leave high XP loot near our bases on a regular basis specifically for corvids to keep them around
I have a group of magpie mains that are always near my base because I leave loot for them, and in exchange, they keep the pigeon mains from pooping on my car and solar panels
@@mwbgaming28 it also helps that they also have a hidden meta intimidation stat thanks to their "blacklisting" of 'threats' includes making targets that wronged them as miserable as possible, thereby making other entities less likely to want to wrong them.
@@sinteleon it's been about a year since I started doing daily loot drops, and the number of magpie players that hang around my base has gone from 1 to 7

Chickens are criminally underranked in this video. Their quick respawn makes them invaluable as team members for human mains, which has resulted in them being the most successful bird build by far, being abundant all across the planet and having more mains than any other member of the bird faction. They are considered one of the most era-defining builds of the Anthropocene, and their dominance is actually one of the strongest arguments currently in place for defining it as distinct from the Holocene.
They aren't team members they are being used for farming xp because of the fast respawn rate
@@pencilcase8068They use humans as much as they are being used. It is a truly beautiful symbiotic relationship. Thanks to their co-op with humans they have adopted a sort ant colony strat. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of swans and I honestly think they should be S tier. There was a nest of trumpeter swans on the pond next to the farm where I used to work and they were the scariest creatures I've ever met. They've got a few more specs that he forgot to mention in this video. Smaller swans like tundra and mute swans are capable of doing a lot of damage (especially to children), and a trumpeter swan could kill you. Not only are their wings strong enough to break bones, their heads are like clubs and, unlike geese, their beaks are sharp and hard. I once watched the two in the pond go head to head with a heron build player and they beat it to death with their heads and beaks. Besides that, having been attacked by one and bitten, their saliva burns like battery acid and their teeth are sharp. And another thing to keep in mind with swans is that a lot of their attack stats are totally unknown to human players, since swans have a crazy high beauty stat. Most players don't expect swans to be dangerous or aggressive because they're so pretty, so much so that we've built this whole I'm game lore around swans all throughout the history of the game (Leda and the swan, Swan Lake, the trumpet of the swan, etc). This high beauty stat has caused high level human players to protect swans. For example, all of the mute swan builds in england are protected from all counter attacks since they all belong to the royal family. Their beauty stats are doubly high because the battle cries of the more vocal swan builds like the whooper, whistler and especially trumpeter swan are even more melodoous than the calls of the song bird build, making it hard to recognize as a sound of aggression and adding to their already insanely high beauty stat. Yes, their necks are their vulnerable point but it would be insanely hard to get close enough to exploit that weakness. I don't think the bird in the video where the guy grabbed its neck was actually a swan, I think it was just a white goose. Swans will not let you get in close enough to grab their necks like that, they'd buffet you with their wings, bite you, take off abruptly, or beat you with their head and beak. It also looked way too small to be a swan, they're practically the size of pterodactyls! Also there are many types of swans (the whistler swan comes to mind) that have thicker, shorter necks that solve this problem. overall I think their major weakness is that they nest on or next to water, and thus their eggs are at the mercy of tides and water levels. So I think personally that they're worthy of S tier, though that could just be me trying to justify my extreme fear of them.
Currently English mute swans are (mostly) protected* from human predators by their status as being owned by the monarch but the reason for royal ownership was originally for the purpose of ensuring they could be eaten by the monarch or the persons they granted that privilege to.
*There are actually a couple of groups who are allowed to take a set number of swans from the Themes by ancient custom and law including a couple of London guilds.
Their wings are not strong enough to kill you, nor to break (human) bones. That's a total myth.
@@ab-up8gd it is indeed a myth that MUTE SWANS can kill you (though even they can hurt you and, though it's a very rare occurrence, there have been instances of them breaking the bones of small children). TRUMPETER SWANS on on the other hand are way bigger and very strong. They have, on average, a 7.6 ft wingspan and are one of the largest flying birds in the world. They can seriously injure and potentially kill a human, either by biting, smacking you, or shoving you underwater. Granted actual death doesn't happen very often but they are capable of doing serious damage. I edited the original comment to specify that I was talking about trumpeters. I forget sometimes that mute swans are the species most people think of when they picture a swan, not trumpeters, since I see trumpeters way more often.
@@ElizabethJones-pv3sj fair enough. I'm an American, and we tend to romanticize everything about the UK 😂
@@elfieinblack4618 Pushing you underwater is different to breaking your bones. A swan can be a serious threat in the water, sure, but on land it's not a threat at all. They rely on their intimidation factor.

The crows living near my house have figured out how to untie knots from rope to use for their nests I guess. This is a huge problem whenever a building has to be painted, as the scaffolding used is made of lots of bamboo tied up with rope. To fight the crows, the painters have brought in a few monkeys, who act as the guards on the scaffolding in exchange for food. I get to witness Air Monkeys fighting Land Monkeys everyday.

The thing about kiwis is that they are essentially a faction of players who liked playing rodent mains, but found there was no rodents in the New Zealand server so they specked one of the existing bird builds on the island into something akin to a rodent.
Imo if they wanted to play on the New Zealand sever that badly they should just adapt to how it’s just a different server and try to play with existing builds, or play rodent on another sever. There’s only so much fun to have without trying new things, after all.
(Though in terms of real life, this is a useful way to think of it thanks)
I think it was the case that for the longest time New Zealand was a private casual server, where players went for janky strats. I'm surprised you didn't mention the fact that many falcon players who spec into high speed have to use points on a strong collarbone to survive collisions with their own food
Depends on which falcons we’re talking about, though. TierZoo is listing them entirely based on the open air pursuit predators instead of the Central and South American forest falcons who specialized into higher agility, easier intimidation checks, and a slightly higher intelligence stats. Low A-tier for sure.
But there’s a group of falcons that is far and away S-tier beyond the corvids, though. It’s the caracaras. Just as intelligent as crows and company, their power and defensive stats are much higher. This means that caracaras can be proactive in taking advantage of or steering human activity to score easy kills. Corvids have to passively wait for human guilds to PVP each other.
Caracaras are the only falcons who willingly pair up with humans (typically only those who have the “Driver” ability) to PVP much higher weight classes and win. In general, they are the only raptor capable of learning skills from the mammal faction, such as using money, doing circus tricks, and cooking meat. They’re the only raptors who will willingly take and consume human agricultural products and processed cereals, massively expanding their loot table. They’ll even work together to bring down difficult foes like an octopus or entire wasp colonies.
He also undervalued the cassowary, yes it can be taken down by larger mammals they are native to Australia with a large bone on its head meaning we have little to no large mammals and also their large bone is definitely a defensive and offensive positive when fighting off attackers.

This pandemic already showed that some humans are indeed have nerfed intelligence
Due to tiktok, human intelligence have been nerfed. Not that much though

Great Video! I personally would've rated ostriches and pigeons higher and I'd love to see a Video from you about the common swift build.❤
This channel is epic.
I’ve always favored the corvid.
I did however underestimate the potential of the parrot.
I will definitely be watching more videos.
Wait, so Pikipek evolutionary line makes sense?
Correct
Always has.
Indeed.

@Nanami Eleanor Von Steiner He explained why in the video. There were some cuts because CZcams does not condone violent things, and killing something with poison would definitely qualify in that category.
"In B tier, we have goose"
Goose :
P E A C E W A S N E V E R A N O P T I O N
Horse: “Ok” *kicks it’s face*
@@milesl-worth3300 - that kick made me wince. That had to hurt. A lot.
I have seen a goose stare down a bear without fear. The bear was the one who left. The goose’s ‘And they shall know no fear’ attribute really helps with intimidation, and makes them a solid A or even S tier coupled with the Canadian Goose subtype.
@Mr. Pokhrel - if by "better" you mean more obnoxious and asshole-y, then I totally agree with you that they're better.
I'd say he has the wrong estimate on the peacock power stat - their claws can actually do some pretty serious damage, which comes in handy in their native Asian jungle servers where they occasionally get cornered by tigers with no escape, and use those claws as a last-ditch survival strategy. Still not a high tier build, but I'd say they're higher than he placed them.
As someone who's been attacked by one as a child, I agree. The males also have these spurs on the back of their feet that hurt extremely badly.
@ericbishop8046 my dad once saw a feral peacock living near my grandma's house (his name is Clyde) fight off like 3-4 tom turkeys together, all on his own, and he kicked their asses. We love Clyde, he's a badass.
As a Secretary Bird main, thanks for shining some spotlight to us. We always get slept on. I find that I have most success with SecBird and we are also seen as iconic sometimes to the humans.
If the Secretary birds are that OP, imagine the CEO birds

Yes! The pelican trying to eat the capybara vid got a cameo!
I love how he talks about the extinction of the dinosaurs as “the patch notes”
Yeah in the time of the dino meta every dino character was op so the dev had to make some patch notes
He even named the ice age as nerf event from devs
thats what happens when you nerf strong characters..... people stop playing. luckily bird faction lives.

I'm going to sign a petition to make kiwis more viable by making it so that players with that build get laser eyes
Signed.

Lasers are not that good. Would be better if they have missile launchers
@@docilelikewintercatfish9897 kiwis in tanks update when?
Shooting lasers from your eyes is from yesterday. Shoot something better: CHAINSAWS!
But in all seriousness: Please be careful that the human playerbase doesn't get stupid ideas. They tend to do that. They might even try to use Kiwis for war for example. (Or declare it upon them.)
Although it would be interesting to see them fight with flightless birds instead of against us, for a change. Just beware when they try to domesticate you.
As an Emu main, I shall put forth a motion in the Grand War Council Chat of the Emus to collectively sign that petition. 'Till these days.

I’m curious about the viability of coast-based birds such as seagulls and albatrosses! If you ever do a follow-up, it would be interesting to hear your ranking
That falcon vs heron clip was seriously amazing. The falcon really baited him, he set the meat down, used it as bait, and punished the attempt at stealing his food so efficiently. Seriously smart falcon.
Probably the most impressive clip in the video. I'm gonna go see if I can find more of it later.
I believe that was a hawk or eagle not a falcon but agreed that was super clever!
So sorry but does anyone have the timestamp for this clip
Really seems like the datamined values for the raptor builds' intelligence might be too low with some of the shit they can do.

The thing that you forgot about flamingos though is that often times they make their homes not just in some lake, but in lakes where the water is both acidic AND boiling because flamingos are largely heat-proof, even being able to drink the boiling, caustic water. So anything that does decide to attack them on their home turf would be seriously scalded.
Yeah, they are safe in their main spawning sites and bases, but they do travel long distances to get to other, less dangerous lakes as new XP sources arise.
Plus, flamingoes can still be attacked by airborne builds.
@@bkjeong4302 such a strong spawning site is still something to be considered, especially since protecting the eggs and hatchlings is usually quite a challenge for a lot of egg-laying animals and just hatching is one of a said animal's most vulnerable times.
@@dank_smirk2ndchannel200
True.
Their is a difference between forgetting info and not including it. With how much the video provides, it is no surprise that some detail(s) would not be involved.
This comment woulda worked more as a fun fact, rather than a student adding a meek detail to the teachers lesson.
