That Nunavut fact killed me, as someone that lived in the NWT and was forced to take ânorthern studiesâ which was really just a repackaged social studies corse but only on the indigenous people of Canada. It did definitely go a bit more into things & it really helped me understand stuff from they prospective, got to meet some residential school survivors at one point that came to our class to speak on there time in the schools.
