Obviously it's faster, he didn't even put any powder in the pan, he also didn't close the frizzen, neither did he pour and load correctly, also, imagine the pressure of a line battle, flinching is very possible during reloading whilst in battle.

A musket didn't take premade bullets. Soldiers had to pour the necessary amount of gunpowder, the separator, and bullet into their rifle before every shot. Because loading and firing a black powder musket involves multiple steps that all must be done correctly and in a specific order to be done safely

Arsenal does not know how a musket is reloaded, first get the thing of gun powder and use your mouth to tear the top off, next lift up the Spoon and pour it on there and close up the Spoon, next put the thing of gun powder and put in the barrel of the gun, now use the ramrod to shove the thing of gun powder down in the barrel until it hits the bottom. The thing of gun powder has a ball in it already, therefor you don't have to get a ball separate from the thing of gun powder.
