bro morning me moisturizer & sunscreen use karana h .skin ko protect krne ke liye. & moisturizer me minimalist ka hyoluranic acid wala moisturizer use krlo morning me. & if you have acne prone & hyperpigmentation than use minimalist retinol product instead of polyhydroxy acid. bcoz retinol is much stornger than pha & it will exfoliate much faster than pha. but you have to use it like thrice a week if solution is strong like 0.5 & use sunscreen & moisturizer every morning.

I used it for 3 days continuously and i saw my skin was ripping off … is this normal or should i use it little often?????????
I mean it shouldn’t like rip off!! Try using it a lil bit less and maybe only twice or thrice a week. Also avoid using any other product with it.
Hey Anshika. Hope you are doing great. PHA is a type of exfoliator, means it helps remove dead skin cells from the epidermis. An exfoliator should not be used more than twice in a week. As you used it continuously, it over exfoliated your skin and that's why I feel you are getting purging. Ideal we should be exfoliating once a week & that should be enough. So start using this product once a week only and overtime after 2-3 months start using it 2 times a week max and do not extend it. You will see a good result. PHA is a great exfoliator for sensitive skin. If used properly, it would actually do wonders.
