For a bright radiant complexion:
1 - Hydration is essential. It's beneficial. Aim to drink at least 2 liters water daily.
2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once.
3 - I stay away from all types of soap.
4 - I avoid junk food.
5 - I engage in 30 minutes of exercise daily.
Together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.
The real thing I value about this rice berry face cleanser is its soft nature. It thoroughly cleanses my face without removing important moisture, resulting in my skin being fresh and refreshed. Unlike other cleansers that can be harsh on dry skin, riceberry face wash preserves a gentle balance that efficiently removes dirt and oil while keeping my skin moisturized.
I have tried many face washes before but nothing is as good as rice berry.
Have healthy food and have enough water. This assists every skin type to shine. Do keep in mind these during the day.

Anyone watching shouldn't fall for the title. Skincare will help your skin get clear and add some glow but it is never to "whiten" or make or skin "fair". Such whitening products can have harmful ingredients. Sure you can take care of some darker pigmentation with niacinamide and vitamin c but that is more to even out the skin tone than making it fair. All skin tones are beautiful. I hope you all have a great skincare journey.

It might be any company facewash. Use only facewash and leave your skin to breathe and have a chillout in the sun & outdoors.
don't use any toner or moisture because it blocks your skin to breathe which causes acne.
Our fathers and grandfathers didn't have any of these options during their times. Through time, all these companies are using marketing gimmicks. doctors also highly recommending sunscreens compulsorily. Previously our ancestors fought many battles on the ground and they never applied any sunscreen but still, they were very charismatic. Nowadays it is a marketing gimmick to sell their products and in support of that, even doctors are telling every customer to use moisturizer and sunscreen compulsorily. If they don't suggest how will they run the business, understand this concept brother.
Follow two steps:
1. Wash ur face with any company fash wash 2 times a day. Not more than this.
2. Leave your skin to breathe the whole day without any toner or moisturizer like when we were kids.

First moisturize the skin with minimalist moisturizer (which I use) Second use sunscreen again it is of minimalist (but first check your skin type then buy) I use minimalist coz it's affordable and effective you can use products from "cerave" which is also a good tested brand
Always use sunscreen as the last step of your skincare routine. The Dr. Seth's sunscreens are good.
