If they didn't sue they might as well close the business. Also the price of fox Corporation has been going down on the stock exchange since February 17th. If they lose this case they'll try to negotiate a lower settlement and Dominion will probably accept just to get the money and to forget about this case. If I were Dominion part of the settlement reduction if Fox asks for it would be the condition of no appeal on the settlement. I know once Fox loses in court and is told they must pay Dominion Fox will say it's too much and want to renegotiate this settlement.

Going on air to repeatedly push a lie that ultimately caused a company to lose millions in revenue from long-standing contacts, while also texting other liars and discussing how you all know it's a lie is actual malice by literally every possible definition.
