How to Engage on Camera Without Staring - And a Teleprompter Hack

With a teleprompter, I see people reading as if the audience is watching over their shoulder hoping they don't lose their place.
There is a much better way to maintain eye contact, give yourself a nice smooth rhythm, and so get all the results you want from the prompter.
