I assume the jury was pooled from registered voters. I don't know the specifics of NY law, but most states do that. So juicy.
There should be a new CC roast of DT, but this time actually uncensored / without DT having a hand on it.

Jordan's come back with "He's in trial in those states!" is reminiscent of Stewart's ability to pull out relevant facts and smack you with them. Gold star.
As great as he is behind the desk, I'm so happy to see him back in the field doing what he does so well.

@@chrissiek8706 I worry for him too, but he's got the advantage of great camouflage. I mean he's a tall, white, nice-looking and kinda Aryanish dude with an affable way of speaking that throws them off their guard. They don't expect him to be "not one of us." I'm not sure they'd turn on him, at least individually. I could see some of these boomers seeing him as a misguided son.
Can you imagine sitting in a courtroom listening to everything people in the room have said about you? Would be misery. And exactly what he deserves

I met Dulce at a GLAAD award. She was the only #1person I ever recognized. I will treasure those pictures forever. I’m an old lady and she was f’ing awesome.

He could attend his son’s graduation if he’d just stayed home when he was four months old.
Trump was never at any of his other kids graduation. He is a con man.
Why would he attend Barron's graduation, he didn't attend Don Jr's. Ivanka's or Eric's graduation. He would just disrupt the entire ceremony.
@@flyrobin2544 same reason why he needed time off to attend Shinzo Abe's funeral but he can't even wait for his own brother to flatline before he went golfing again (MAGA defended it as "grieving in his own way").
If Trump is as innocent as he claims. he would just present all the evidence that would clear him of any wrongdoing and he could end this trial within days. At least, that's what innocent defendants would do.
Small detail: The judge didn't say that Trump can't attend his sons graduation. Trump is whining about it anyway, because he needs to play a fake victim to get more money. And using his son as a prop isn't really a problem for him.

He's literally been going out of his way the entire 9 years to taint every jury pool he could EVER be tried for. How does he have THIS much say in who gets to serve on the jury that will deliberate on his own trial??
He is setting up the lie, that he was railroaded after he loses this case. That is why he is going after everyone involved. I really wish some judge would hold him in contempt and see how he likes 30 days in jail with no cell phone.
You know, it must have been so cathartic for those jurors to have their old posts mocking Trump read right in front of him. 😂

What Trump is on trial for is that he cooked his campaign books to show the hush money payments were for legal services rendered. That is a felony Federal campaign crime! Then on top of all that, Trump never paid Cohen back for the money he borrowed against his home and he let Cohen go to prison for making those hush money payments to Daniel's & the other gal.
That's what a scoundrel Donald Trump is and his supporters don't balk a bit about his crimes and think he is suitable to serve as POTUS again!!

Now that he is facing accountability for once, Barron’s graduation is especially important to him. As a parent, I thought you were to love, care and treat all your children equally.
