I like this scooter the removable battery excellent, design is nice, just those handle bars would be off putting.

I have a question. I have a similar scooter. Two overweight persons seated on it. After they ride it for 45 minutes, the engine was very hot and it started making a strange noise and almost no power. Could you tell me what is the problem. What can I do? Is the engine broken?
You need to change a new engine. And probably the bearing need to be changed also.

Thx for all the information. I bought the same Z Bar I can see on your Scooter. I wanted to dissamble the handles on the original bar. On the right one is a screw which I just have to open it. Then I can remove the handle. But on the left side there is no screw which allowes to remove the handle. Do you know how I can remove it? Would be great. It does not matter on charge everytime, or charge on battery power all out.
you should recharge after every ride for maximum battery life. And you shouldn't let the battery run out for the same reason.

Which wire on the controller is the speed limiter?
It depends on the controlling chip model. Not all the wires are the same.
When you on the road do you use it like a cycle? and use the edge of the road or do you use it like a petrol scooter and use in the mid of the road? Why are you saying its safe here no traffic? well most roads have traffic in the UK so i dont know what you mean by that, are we supposed to wait until there is no traffic? on the road before we can use it .in my case i will be waiting for a long time it would be just quicker to walk it lol joking aside what you really need to do is demonstrate it actually on a busy road with preferably someone else holding the camera.

When I charge my electric scooter (mini) the charger light turns green
When I plug to an outlet but when I plug it on my scooter its still green.

Is your battery chargeed?
mademoto No. my charger is working because there is a green light when I plug it to the outlet. But when I plug it to my ebike to charge it, the light is still green not like when it turns red and it charges.
Its like the ebike cant take any power from the charger
Try to use the same charger to charger other battery. If same situation, you need to change the charger. If not, maybe you have problem on the battery. By the way, since when you have the E-bike? Is the battery lead-acid or lithium?
mademoto Me and my grandfather already fixed it but thank you for giving attention to my problem but it works well finally.
We checked all of the wires one by one and some of them were not connected properly. Then we connected them all properly and it worked.

The torque output is about the motor, not about battery. The battery is only about range. 🙂

Ok first thing I noticed was the handle bars, dangerous.
You should try not to have such pointed edges, let's say as the rider you hit something and lunged forward, your legs are going to be stabbed hard with those points on the handle bars, right into the hip section of your body.
Round off the corners so they are smoother then less injuries in an accident potentially.

You are right, but nobody like people talk that way. This is a public platform, many wemen and kids can see his message. When he is typing here, I hope he could respect other people. About the front fork, I can say partly right. In the beginning, we have considered use it or not. But many customers want it, it is "X" shape. So we submit to Homologation engineers, and it is approved on EEC.
