@@hannahw90hw I lived in England for 18 months and never had a sit down meal with out mash, it was needed to stick the peas to the bottom of the fork. and your right about chips, I ever make it back my first stop is a chippie.

Salt Lake City gets exceptional seafood (it was a surprise to me too) because it’s a Delta hub and so it’s the first stop for many fresh fish from japan and alaska.

My husband just made this omelet for us. Typically, I’m a Never Omelet person. My experience over the past 60 years has always been that the dried out, crusty American Omelet may have great fillings, but ruins the egg. But these French Omelets were so incredibly moist and flavorful, with lovely texture. I’m now a convert. And it was so delightful to watch Antoni and Tan, who appear to have a genuine friendship. NYT, more of these please!
