Happy Sunday and Easter Joe! This is such a beautiful home. I do love the windows that bring in all the natural light. The kitchen island is unusual, but I like it. The office space is also unusual but again I like it. I do love the outdoor space. The master suite is wonderful, and the bath is only missing the soaker tub. The staircase is beautiful, and I do love the loft. All the bedrooms are of nice size. Such a beautiful home. One Day Joe!

Hello Joe, what a beautiful home at sunday!!! And the house shows: Elegance is simply, not pompous. Of course the entrance area and the huge main room are wonderful. Clear lines no frills, elegant!!! The backyard area is also beautifully done. Really a lot of space. There still fits a pool!!! The 2nd floor is great too. Yes a lot of bedrooms. And I have to admit, I like the one with the balcony exit best. Get up early in peace and enjoy my coffee on the balcony..... what a dream. Joe thanks for the great video. Good Joe. Happy Sunday and Happy Easter. Oh my. Huge. Loving that island. Unique. The front elevation doesn’t grab me but the entry is amazing. Lovely den/office. Love the double door. So that office could be a bedroom; just frost the doors or regular doors. 1/2 bath. Beautiful open concept. Accent wall nice. The staging is lovely. And you say the furniture can be purchased as well. Definitely a gourmet kitchen. Storage on the island as well. Like the transient window. Gas community 🙌🏼. Massive pantry. The kitchen nook/ formal dining. Lovely. Triple sliders x2. Outdoor kitchen. Love that cubby area. Storage under the stairs. Functional drop zone. Covered lanai. Forget the second seating area and fire pit and let’s get a pool. The dining can fit under the lanai. Spacious primary. Love the separate sinks. Linen closet. Love the shower. It looks a little narrow but may look bigger in person. What I didn’t see on the first floor was the laundry room. Did I miss it? Thought the laundry on the same floor as the primary was. Yes. Lovely staircase. Large open loft. Open to below. Bedrooms spacious. Unique Amazing closets. I thought Jack n Jill as I didn’t see a hall bath. A media room. Nice. Like the Wetbar. Snacks right there. Oh. A slider to the balcony. And sliders to the balcony from the loft. Folks would use it because of the media room. Snacks. Wine right there. No running up and down. This bedroom lovely with en-suite. Double sink. It’s like a mini secondary primary. Access to the balcony. Agreed. Don’t care for clay. This shower has a seat. The first floor primary didn’t have a seat. Not that little triangular thing. 😂. See. You just realized there was no laundry down stairs. It’s a lovely laundry. Cabinetry, sink and countertop. Lovely last 2 bedrooms and bath. You’re right. I’m lost after the laundry room. This home is great. Think there should be a 1/2 bath upstairs for guests so the bathrooms belong and shared by the occupants. And there’s no laundry on the first floor. The owners have to lug laundry upstairs? Happy Sunday Cydney and Happy Easter! Yessss this is a lot of home, 4,500 sq is really a lot of space to maintain. I can barely deal with 2,700sf, 1 story so I really can't imagine keeping this clean on a daily. Once they clear the landscaping in from of the garage, it will look much better, its just hidden behind everything. I think there should be a laundry on the first floor, I know that his builder has an option to do a primary laundry room in the primary closet. My buyer did it to their home. I got lost in this one, hahaha. I agree, the pool and this home would be fantastic! Have a wonderful day Cydney! I appreciate you very much!

Hi Joe hope you and your family are doing well on this beautiful Easter day. I like the kitchen island. It is uniquely shaped. I don't like that the closets have wire shelving when this house is well over a million dollars. Why couldn't they put better shelving in? This is just my opinion, less bedrooms and better quality fixtures and closets. I don't want to go to a maze of a house unless I have six or seven or more children then I guess this home will be okay for you. I do love the foyer. With this kind of space they could have had done better divisions especially with the upstairs. Just too many bedrooms they could have had done way much more with the space upstairs. I am with you and I would leave the balcony upstairs just as is, open. With the prices of these homes skyrocketing I am just wondering what am I ever going to be able to buy a home in Orlando?
