And for the recipe, add a good feeling of bloopers, sorry children, jam-ie olive-oil smack talk jokes, and 1 uncle gordon celebration to a bowl. Put all of those ingredients into a mortar and pestle and pound it. This is also a good time to add MSG, and another feeling of haiya and fuiyoh. Put these ingredients to a tray then bake it in the oven at 350 F for 10 mins. Take it out and voila! you have an uncle roger.

Jaime Oliver was trained by a legendary Italian chef so that makes sense. His problem comes with not only his lack of knowledge of other cuisines but his unwillingness to learn about them leading him to shoehorn ingredients and methods from his training into anything, lump together different cuisines because they originated near each other and cover everything, from English cooking to Indian food, in olive oil.

I like how Nigel is actually learning how to cook and not just critiquing. Carbanara is a basic dish with somewhat inexpensive ingredients, but every ingredient complements the other to create a beautiful dish. That's why I love Italian cooking.

@@Ginge1164 not every food, there are still dishes containing cream in Italy, but it is definitely NOT Carbonara
this video is a blessing. i'll leave some advices just for someone who wants to try it: 1) for the pasta if you don't find spaghettoni you can use spaghetti n°5 or rigatoni (personal preference). 2) you can use the skin of the guanciale (called "cotenna") to grease the pan you're using to cook guanciale. 3) be aware of the differt types of parmigiano: use the roman parmigiano not the sardenian. 4) DO NOT USE MSG in the egg because the pecorino it's already salty enough, and to add flavor put some of the grase releesed from the guanciale to make the egg a little more liquid and savory. 5) while cooking the cuangiale add some of the boiling water (before adding the salt and the pasta) to make it release more grease (to use when doing the egg cream) and make it crispyer.
