Underglow all day. I played too much Midnight Club as a kid🤣
Bushings/mounts. I've been looking at the bushings for the rear diff on. I don't Need them yet, but it's getting there.
yes sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Bushings for sure
Maintenance cause whats the point of the other mods if the car goes chitty chitty boom boom
Changing all your lights to LED’s is also not too expensive as well. And looks super nice when done.
I want early style 2000s style incandescent headlights. The softer light is easier to see and they don't have a line in the ground where they just stop. It diffuses out more smoothly. I loved driving my old '04 Sentra spec v at night, but I hardly drive my Q60 at night. I'm out running the modern lights at anything over 25mph. I basically never used my high beams in the Sentra, but in my Q60 I only turn the high beams off when there are other cars around. I kind of wish I could put something like the Sentra's headlights on the Q60. That would require a lot of body work though. And I may go with something a little bit thinner, like the non projectors from the R32 or R33 if I were to actually go though with that. Or just go wild and put 6th gen Celica lights on it. That could be interesting. Someone needs to put 6th gen Celica lights on a first gen GT86/FRS/BRZ.
Literally what I would suggest also, helps with aesthetic and function
It can be if you buy quality LED’s
@@saulekaravirs6585 Adjust your headlights up if you’re outrunning them
@@taliesinangling3564 then I just blind all the oncoming traffic. That's why the oem pointed them down so sharply in the first place. The dimmer incandescent low beams were better because they could be aimed properly without blinding other drivers. High beams should be as bright as possible. My current low beams are as bright or brighter than my old high beams were, if I aim them up no body else will be able to see.
The main questions, is Can I get a set of wheels and rims from Fitment Industries for 300? Lol
Steelies and some mismatched used maybe
That’s the real question 😭
No bruh 😂 you def looking at least 1k without wheels
i think u mean wheels and tires?
@@larmishing More like Wheel and Tire.
There are quite a few brake upgrades that cost less than $300 dollars. Things such as performance oriented pads, slotted rotors, or stainless steel brake lines all would have been good additions to this list. They don’t make a car any faster in a straight line, but they are great for spirited driving. Plus a nice set of slotted and/or drilled rotors can look excellent.
True, I got slotted and drilled rotors + pads for all four wheels for $250 and they perform 10x better than stock and they look cooler too 🙂
@@Tanner_Teves what website?
@@Tanner_Teves they don’t perform much better. Your tire matters more in braking than the brake pad and rotors them self
@@firstlast7584 For braking distance yes, but new pads/rotors aren't just for that. They perform a lot better under heat and are able to last longer and have more aggressive braking sessions than stock
@@mikeywinn1764 I got mine off Amazon, I got the Power Stop K2742 kit
@4:25 segment on Lug nuts. The most important reason for getting aftermarket lug nuts for aftermarket wheels is - SAFETY. Your OEM lug nuts will *not* seat completely against the whole in the wheel. Aftermarket wheel wholes are shaped different at the bottom. If you put an OEM lug nut in that wheel, you better pray it doesn't fly off when you're doing donuts in a back lot.
I would add adjustable rear sway bar to the list. Especially when you have a front wheel drive car; it makes an enormous difference in handling and feel.
What does the difference feel like ?
Led interior lights is one of the best mods I've ever done and it was $7 and took 20 minutes... That and a shift knob and head unit make a world of difference... Basically all the shit you physically interact with
OPT7 makes a great underglow kit. The lights are in silicon with hard aluminum casing. Really nice looking and tough and durable.
Technically speaking it does make you go faster but … short shifter kits ! Don’t forget about those
📠📠📠
All weather floor mats
Sway bars
Sway bar links (endlinks)
Better brake fluid
Brake lines
Clutch line
Dash camera
Proclip phone mount
Just to name a few..
sway bars, strut bars, braces are cheap
yea
Weirdly enough I think changing your license plate lights to bright leds looks good, well for older cars atleast
Aftermarket headlights or tail lights depending on platform makes a huge difference as well in my opinion! Can make a car look so much newer and sharp.
Best mods i spent under $300 were…
Homemade motor mounts (filled with poly) $25
Axle back exhuast (not perfect but almost) $280
Dual row aluminum radiator $100-150
Intake manifold $200-300
Cold/short ran intake (cool noises) $100-300
Short shifter $100-250.
Prices vary on car/aftermarket support
My car has a terrible intake that has 2 filters and is very restrictive. I think an intake would actually help quite a bit on my platform. Milage and performance
I have a V8 nothing is cheap even if you do it yourself 😂
@@WarriorOfEden3033 v8s are easy power without putting much money into them lmao
Although bushings won't make the car faster at the pedal but you will be able to go little faster around the turns because of better handling the more you replace the better it will handle. I noticed the difference when I replaced all my front lower control arms and tie rod ends right away going to to the rear ones. I pickup some Bc new coilovers first (got them for pocket change couldn't pass them up) but decided to do bushings first then reward myself with the coliovers. I pulled the dad move on myself.
The right tools can always make installs go smoother. Just got myself a power brake bleeder and it makes a world of difference
First thing I went with on my last two cars were better shifter bushings. Super cheap, easy install, and instant improvement in driver feedback
You guys should make a video showing off the differences between the different options on the anovia 3 piece wheels 🙏 I want to get a set when my 2022 BRZ arrives
Shift knob!
That’s a big ass wheel, tire and suspension warehouse pretty impressive Fi 👏🏾
Second lol. Do a review of goofy car things, like how Mk4 VWs smell like crayons.
It's the upholstery glue
Ik, but for other people that dont know those little quirks about other cars. Like how to do the Miata wink and such.
A short shifter or weighted shift knob would be my go to cheap mods because it enhances the driving feel and in the case of a shift knob the look of the interior too
Another thing on Lug Nuts. Not sure if this is common or not, but when I got my fancy new wheels for my first daily I ended up selling the stock wheels and lugs. Fast forward and I’m driving through nebraska and I pop a tire and go to put the spare on and the lugs don’t work with the spare. Now I always keep one set of OEM lugs in the car at all times just in case I need to use the spare.
AYEEEEYOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 😂😂😂 the end of the video took me OUT💀💀💀 hope to meet all of you one day 🤘🏿🙏🏿 great channel and thank you for teaching a rookie car enthusiast. Hope i speak for others as well 🤘🏿
If you have a turbo car a catch can is a big one. It will keep your intake free of oil deposits. First thing I did to my Ecoboost mustang
Also a blow off valve is a good option to add to a turbo car, the pshhh noise is so worth it. The blow off valve adaptor for my eco was like 100 bucks
Eco-boost Mustang doesn't get enough love. With the right exhaust, they sound cool. Kinda like the old school 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo. Unique.
How is the ecoboost Mustang? Also what did you get the 2.0L or the 2.3L?
Or any subaru lmao
remember you can buy used parts on someone's build they've given up on or if they just simply upgraded parts. My friend had a 3-inch lift for his jeep xj, then decided he wanted an even bigger lift so I got a steal on his old 3-inch lift in pretty new condition!
If you want preformance, brake rotors and caliper replacements. You probably can't get a Big brake kit but having fresh calipers on your new wheels is nice
Highly recommend bushings and LEDs. Bushings fee SO much better and don’t forget about leds for your plates, and interior either. So much nicer
I really love my OEM 18’s that came on my car. I’m just going to get them powder coated.
One thing maintenance wise I would have mentioned is cleaner additives. Like your sea foam, fuel injector cleaners, etc
So that’s what the structure of a well looks like. I was always curious but never thought to look it up
Downpipe, intake, plugs, coil packs, battery, homemade straight pipe, tune. Tons of mods under $300 for power
Changing most if not all lights to led it makes the vehicle more alive & pretty bright
The off the shelf tune I got for my Speed 3 from Freektune was under $300. Now, I clearly spent well over that on the mods for the tune but you get my point. A good off the shelf tune from a good tuner isn't that pricey. Obviously a good full e tune will be more though
I was wondering if you could get tuned to adjust the fuel maps then get tuned as you add mods? Once you get the licence how much is it to get a retune.
@@mamiphconcepts Every tuner does e tunes different brother. I know with Freektune, the off the shelf is a one time purchase, you get a base map and do logs from that, he then tunes off those logs, you do a couple more runs just so he sees what the reflash does and if he's happy, that's it. But with his full tune, you keep logging as many times as necessary until he's good with everything. I think he does do reflashes as you add mods, but I'm pretty sure it costs a bit every time. You'd just have to go on forums or FB pages to see who people are saying is your go to tuners and see what they offer brother
good drop in filters fits the bill
If your car is GDI, an oil catch can is an absolute must! They can easily be snagged for less than 300 and even as little as 20
Gdi?
@@aidanperrin7968 Gasoline Direct Injected
What about aftermarket lugbolts for us Euro kids?
Most cars do have one performance option, and that's your good ol buddy air intake. As long as your stock box doesn't include an airflow sensor, you can slap that on, maybe get a few extra horses, and intake noises for cheap
And typically you really don't have to worry about heat soak so long as you do things correctly
Love the entire sh-bang (Music+editing+ Touch-of-Crazy)...Sheff's Kiss 👌😊
Nostalgic af😅
Please do "Honorable Mentions" at the end of the vids. I think its worth it👍
his James from donut impression is spot on lol
I feel kinda called out on the lug nuts because they're purple
Rock whatever you like. If purple is your accent color that could look hella clean 👌
I just got a 07 Lexus IS 250 and now I’m saving up for new rims and tires since the last dude who owned it scraped the hell out of them.
Upper and lower sway bars are a good ad on
Me, about to buy secondhand suspension and driveshaft bits to cobble my s2000 back to a running state after an accident, ah yes, these look good...
4:13 bought some rims about a week ago, got a text saying they were on back order
Window tint. Big game changer imo
The best performance mod for under 300$ for a turbo engine is a remap tune - it can give you anything from 20 to 100hp. It may sound too good to be true, but it is true.
Looking on your webpage and all wheels I’m looking for is on back order when are you getting more inventory
Do your maintenance!!!
edit: Thank you Fitment Industries
Can you guys start doing body kits as well or do you not intend to sell those
Exhaust are a mod I found that are cheaper than 300 and actually gave my better mpg and a nice sound ad better performance
I just got some massive deals on some zzperfomance parts 81 bucks for CAI 43 bucks for oil catch can and 155 for larger throttle body kit. Sooo many more parts I wanna buy for my ats. Eventually it will be fully built 540whp 3400lbs rwd car!
💪💪
A larger TB for my car cost $400 😂 same for a CAI 😂 a catch can varies from quality & manufacturer
@@WarriorOfEden3033 so what’s your point? You just made yourself look ignorant. Who cars what your parts cost….
1. cut springs 2. sawzall muffler delete 3. robbing someone’s garage and getting some new wheels
"LOOK AT ME I LOVE PURPLE!!!" this shall be the quote of 2022.
Control arms? Tie rod ends? Bump steer Kits? Sway bars? Strut tower bar? Braces? Let's get some on the website they are suspension right?
Ayeeeee, I made it momma! 🤟🏽 I need a new kit tho from Low Glo 🙏
Shift knob, tint (DIY), speaker/sub, halos (DIY),
a spoiler or ducktail can be found for under 300 and drastically changes the look of your car
I think if you raise the budget to 400 dollars you can get a handheld tuner and gain more power fairly easily.
Forgot front lip kit and rear diffusers. Frequently less than $300 as long as you aren’t trying to go carbon fiber.
Caliper paint. Got those nice wheels but now they show off your crusty old calipers and rusty rotor hats. Clean em up and paint em.
end links, bushes, front pads/rotors/sway bars...
Yessssirrrrrrrrr
Short throw shifter!
5:03 can someone please tell me what those wheels are? I'm not an enthusiast yet but when i am i want those, they would look so clean in black
Short throws, floor mats, powder coats, shift knobs
High flow air filters can be really not expensive and quick to install and make a bit of difference to your car
I fuckin love purple 💜 too bro I get it
wheel models for mini jcw f56 that does not touch the brembo caliper?
ya i want to start making parts for that prices so ill let u know
Maybe ball joints, links, control arms should have been on the list
What wheels were on the mustang @5:07
You forgot rain guards 😂 💀
Gotta love them
What’s with the rebranding from Artisa to Anovia?
I got some 😂 O2 sensor will run you 300 oil pressure sensor
You forgot the damn TRAIN HORN upgrade! ........ROFLMAO J/K
Idk if anyone will read this but I’m gonna make my first gen Tacoma into a drift mobile. I never seen that around my city
Video on tuning your car
Anyone have advice on what to first upgrade on a stock e30?
Steering wheel, m styled floor mattes, debadged car already looks good if clean is just the little stuff that makes it pop
