So here’s how they work around it:
1. They aren’t using the same font as “Sunny” so it’s just print on a black background. Even if it were the same font I’m not even sure you could trademark ANY font on a black background.
2. The “Sunny” theme music “Temptation Sensation” is public domain, which means anyone can use it free of charge.
