      I used to kind of hate him; some squirrely little guy that probably never picked up a ball in his life trying to act like an expert. But that commercial proved that he was completely aware of how people like me perceived him and was totally willing to poke fun at himself. Was always a fan after that.

    The "Big Buddy" commercial gets my vote. There's a few other oldies that were left off that I think deserved to be on this list, too. The Y2K, drafting outta high school, trading an anchor for that dude on Melrose Place. Lots of great commercials these guys make.

    I love Peyton and Eli, and then the look Archie gives both. I'm old enough to be able to say I got to watch Archie Manning live. I felt so bad for that guy - those Saints teams were terrible, but he was great. No free agency back then. You were stuck on a team for life if you were any good at all.

    I liked the one with the greenskeeper. It’s hard to find on CZcams, but it goes like this: they replaced the carpet with grass to prevent “injuries” and the greenskeeper is using a hedge trimmer while they’re doing SportsCenter. Like I said, it’s hard to find, but I sure do remember it.
