To keep the sizes equal I would separate the rice into portions. The same for patties or desserts. Besides furukake I would use bonito flakes. Yuka, enjoyed the fun time cooking class

The rice they sell in supermarkets in Hawaii (for a reasonable price) is mainly grown in California. Better than before (many now use Koshihikari) but not as good as Japan. By the way, your new hairstyle is very cute! Matches your face shape well!

There is no wonder you look so slim an trim with this sort of diet ,i have rice pudding and rasberry jam probably not very healthy but it tastes good .
