What upscaling technique did you use?
not a very good one but i promise you it is 1:1 to watching the dvd on my PC. Same exact quality. So what I did was full screen the dvd on my 1920x1080 pc monitor, record it with obs at 3x higher bit rate than dvd, and then render it in adobe premiere @ 2560 x 1920. So you are prob thinking I should record it at 640x480 or upload it like that to save myself the headache but in reality for whatever reason that ends up looking like shit. If you upload a very high res video it keeps it clean. So even though its a small res to begin with, doing this process helps a ton. If you wanna see the quality that results when you just upload the regular resolution, go look up "Slide America" on my channel. Yet, the local quality on my PC is flawless, like this drift bible video. I might re-do that one.
