I've been training in the gym for over a year now, and a month ago I changed all my workouts so now i train 90% bodyweight. Such a huge inspiration 💪💪
Damn Chris wish I had you as an older brother to train with. You are truly inspiring. I've weight lifted in the past but got bored. I discovered your channel 4 months ago and since then I subscribed, downloaded your app, have bought your resistance bands, and wrist wraps. Trying to buy your weight vest but for now just training with what I have.
I go to the park 6 sometimes 7 times a week where they have two pull up bars and dip bars to put in my work. Dont go to the gym so when it rains I wont go if its heavy rain but damn.. I'm just going on and on lol sorry for the long comment but hope you still take 30 seconds to read it.

Hi! Chris I'm following you already 1 year and I could see a lot of changes in my body! Im training my body and my brain equaly to get same strengh in both. I ordered the last week Rings, Jump rope, a long sleeve t-shirt and wrist wraps! I can't wait to be a full complete athlete and start to train with it. Hey Chris, it would be cool if you could do a series like this for people who can go to the gym/have weights, as combining the knowledge from both series would be really useful. Any weighted exercises that target the muscles need for calesthenics movements, eg a handstand etc. Your content is really well put together and informative, so it would be awesome to see you develop this series!
Realy should double check the information you re being given. And I mean google it or just try and see what other yt say about Heria when it comes to certain fitness info he provided.

Hey Chris, suggestion:
You have lots of videos with different workouts, for all levels and that is neat.
But would be nice if you came up with a new specific serie for progression: From the very start to somewhat closer to your level (with these neat exercises).
I mean, it could be like 3 videos for beginners, amateur and advanced levels.
Each video would contain a base workout that we could play around and would have to follow it for a period of time (couple months, for example) where we should reach a certain goal within the exercises.
By reaching this goal we would advance to the amateur level, then advanced level.
Again, I know that you have just lots of contribution for us and I implement many of your teachings, but I don't remember a content like that from you. I'm sure it would be rich in knowledge.
Anyway, thank you for another awesome video.
